The unique of this hotel, is the staff and service, in general, everybody is extremely polity, helpful and yelling to solve any problem in the best abilities. Its a waterbpark, and it has way too much noise and stimulus for me, but if you have kids, thats the place to be. Ps: the food was really good

The hotel is fine, but is very far from a four-star hotel. There isn't enough staff in the hotel, the meals were pretty messy. Restaurant was very crowded, not well-organized.

Otima estadia

Vale muito pela comodidade de estar ao lado do Parque Hot Beach e da Vila Guarani. Nosso agradecimento ao colaborador Julio, pela ajuda e boa vontade dispensada, pois as ruas na entrada do Hotel estavam interditadas, e nao havia sinalizaçao de como chegar, mas ele nos ajudou a acessar a entrada do Hotel.

Bom hotel de modo geral. Deixaram-me entrar no quarto antes do horário de check in. O buffet é mais enxuto, mas a qualidade é boa. Para o tamanho do hotel, o restaurante é pequeno e fica lotado. O parque aquático é muito bom.

Vou começar com um ponto que precisa de atenção: o colchão estava bem duro e acordei com dores nas costas. Acionei a recepção, que prontamente me encaminhou à gerência. Com alguma insistência, trocaram o colchão e, felizmente, isso foi resolvido. O hotel recebe muitas famílias com crianças, e a maioria das atividades é voltada para esse público. Para quem viaja sem filhos, como foi o nosso caso, isso acaba deixando a experiência um pouco limitada. Por outro lado, o café da manhã e o jantar são realmente muito bons, com variedade e sabor que superaram nossas expectativas. Não experimentamos o almoço. Um ponto muito positivo é a praticidade de consumir dentro do parque e deixar tudo para pagar no fim da estadia. Isso facilita bastante o aproveitamento dos momentos de lazer, sem preocupações com pagamentos frequentes. Recomendamos para quem pretende ficar de 2 a 3 dias, o suficiente para curtir bem a estrutura. Depois desse período, as opções de atividades começam a se repetir. A limpeza é eficiente, e todos os funcionários com quem tivemos contato foram muito educados e prestativos, o que faz diferença na experiência geral. Fica aqui uma dica importante: evite a abordagem do “já pegou o brinde?”. Parece inofensivo, mas é uma estratégia para te prender por 2 a 3 horas em uma apresentação de vendas em troca de um almoço. Se não for do seu interesse, vale recusar com gentileza e seguir aproveitando o seu dia. A piscina principal é bem quente e agradável, ideal para relaxar.

O hotel é lindo e possui boas instalações. A comida é razoável e o que me incomodou bastante dessa vez, foi que no quarto havia inúmeras “baratinhas” que nos visitavam toda noite. O hotel é dentro do parque, possui ótimas estruturas, funcionários educados. Dentro do parque tudo é caríssimo!

A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém pouco dimensionada para a quantidade de pessoas. O parque é muito lotado e o local da refeição muuuuito barulhento. Cheguei a medir quase 100 decimeis no jantar, enlouquecedor.

Experiência no Hot Beach Resort

Gostamos da experiência, porém alguns pontos importantes: Acabamos ficando no quarto andar na direção da piscina do hotel, embora a vista do parque seja bonita, o barulho vindo tanto da piscina quanto da vila Guarani, foi intenso, músicas no geral muito ruins, muitas trazendo palavras não adequadas para crianças, nós imaginávamos que seria algo mais voltado para eles, mas acabamos ouvindo Terrasamba pra baixo, terrível. A altura do som também absurdo, principalmente considerando que temos duas crianças, uma delas com 1 ano e meio e que este barulho/músicas chegavam até praticamente às 22 horas. Tivemos um problema com a torneira de água quente do chuveiro, os funcionários foram arrumar, porém, mesmo explicando para eles o problema não foi corrigido e ficamos com banho gelado por dois dias até vir embora. A alimentação, o café da manhã é muito bom, bastante variedade e a comida uma delícia. Em relação ao almoço, a comida é gostosa, porém notamos que existe uma grande diferença no que diz respeito à variedade no decorrer da semana, sendo que de sexta a domingo esta variedade aumenta bastante. O jantar costuma ser melhor do que o almoço embora o valor seja o mesmo. Sentimentos falta de uma apresentação na porta do restaurante, do cardápio, acredito que isso ajudaria na decisão sobre jantar/almoçar no hotel, no parque, ou no caso da janta, na vila Guarani, que tem lanches muito bons e pode ser uma excelente opção A organização do Resort é muito boa, mas evite os finais de semana
