Péssima, nessas condições nem deveria está pra alugar.As fotos não condiz ao estado do imóvel.Pontuarei os pontos negativos.1- Esgoto escorrendo na rua2- Chuveiros estragados3-Ar condicionado não funcionando, e a locatária sabia.4- Tv não era a do anúncio5-Wi-Fi não funcionando6-Piso quebrado, cerâmica toda solta.7-Muito Pernilongo, acredito pelo esgoto a céu aberto que estava na rua.8-Utensílios e casa suja.
