"The hotel is a box as they tell you. Is a good adventure; one can rest as there is nothing in the room. I only had a one small backpack so no problem, there are lockers outside your room “box” to put the big luggage.
It is quiet and an experience; good price and great location. One gets so tired of walking at Porto that you don’t need more than a great bed and a clean bathroom."
"Arrived well before check in time but could handily leave case for free to explore before checking in. Room was a decent enough size although privacy when using the toilet was ‘interesting’ as soundproofing wasn’t the greatest with just a glass door that wasn’t fully sealed separating the facilities and the room. Thankfully the great powerful shower and tv could drown things out. Adjustable rising bed was great to sit up and watch tv and the coloured lighting was great - especially if you wanted your shower to look like it belonged in a district in Amsterdam
Close to the metro although it was a hike up the hill especially with a large suitcase"
"The Rebello sits on the river front yet also slightly out of the chaos. It is a short, flat walk to the teleferico or lower level of the bridge into Porto. The rooms are spacious and bright, with good soundproofing, allowing a peaceful, quiet stay."
