Hello, I would like to say that. When I checked in the front desk, personnel was excellent. They didn't have my room available for me. The first night, but the remaining nights that I spent there, they gave me an upgrade, and everything was perfect. I cannot believe that I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate. I went to the spa, and the people in the spa was amazing. Everything it was just excellent 5 stars. I want to say thank you very much. To everyone and I'm coming back for 2 more days around the first week of September. This will be my favorite place to stay while I am in bangkok. I wanna thank you very, very much. See you soon

"The room had a plastic sofa! You can't use a plastic sofa; you get stuck when you rise! Why not use REAL LEATHER FROM A COW? This is only a 3-star hotel. Even the chair was plastic. Use eco-friendly natural material like REAL LEATHER!"
