Luxury 8-person Villa with pool and sea view

The luxurious "Villa De Hofnar," featuring a 10x5-metre pool, is situated in a quiet location in the village of Soalheira, offering stunning views of the hills and the Atlantic Ocean, not far from all the amenities of São Brás de Alportel and Loulé. The travel time from the airport to the villa is 20 minutes, and to the beach, 25 minutes. There are several access roads in the area, allowing you to easily reach all parts of the Algarve.

The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms have been completely modernised and feature heated floors. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have a spacious double bed (160x200m) and a private bathroom. One bathroom features both a shower and a separate bathtub. Both bedrooms share a balcony. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower floor and have their own small terrace. They share a spacious bathroom on the same floor but can also use the bathroom on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed where the beds can be pulled apart. The fourth bedroom is narrow and has a bunk bed. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

The luxury villa is equipped with fiber-optic internet, various seating areas in the sun and shade, lounge chairs by the pool, and two large 8-person garden tables. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, spacious refrigerator, and freezer. It also features a wide range of kitchen appliances, such as a toaster, juicer, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and blender. The villa also has two washing machines and one dryer. There are two spacious driveways, allowing you to park multiple cars on the property.
Upon request, two baby cots (with bedding) can be provided, and two high chairs are available for use.
