Staff was very attentive. There was a good bit of construction being done around the hotel that took away a bit from the atmosphere, but the room was quite large. Pool side was good . We were there in March/April and the pools were not heated . Staff were great . Louis was fabulous with communication and accommodating us . Cleaning staff as well were great .
