"I’m really happy and glad I picked this property. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this property again when I come back to Sanya. The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. "Beautiful property overlooking the bay with direct access to the ocean boardwalk. Large shopping mall is about a 20min walk and accessible via the boardwalk. Many local restaurants nearby. The rooms are slightly scuffed since they are older, but overall the room is lovely. Clean room, wonderful waterfall shower, comfy beds, robes, slippers, flip flops, hair drier, flat iron, many toiletries, water bottles, tea, coffee, quiet Breakfast buffet is massive and goes until 1pm. We didnt eat lunch...

As always, there's a bit of a language barrier, but each member of their team tried their best, and was always quick to grab someone who spoke enough English to get by. Baris and Lawrence were very helpful throughout my stay. Service was on point from start to finish. I was here for about a week so I spent a lot of time comparing various hotels, and I'm really happy I ended up at Rosewood."
