"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. "Very good choice and enjoyed every minute"

"Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot. Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free."

"Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado."
