Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the city, with a bus stop basically outside the door and access to everything you'd want to see while in Lisbon. It's across the street from the parliament building, safe and almost no noise at night. Our family arrived in the morning and the staff offered to store our luggage and give us the first clean suite available (early check-in). We had some unfortunate weather on arrival and got soaking wet in the rain (no umbrellas or rain coats which was totally our error, whoops!), and Helena was so kind to let us sit in reception, while she turned on the heater. As soon as there was space ready, she got our soggy family into the suite, and we could dry off and take a much needed break. So thank you to her specifically! Cleanliness was excellent, kitchen has what you need to eat there if you wish, with a grocery store a quick walk up the street. Dishwasher and laundry in suite as well which is awesome when travelling with kids, like we were. Staff are helpful and easy to communicate with as well. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Luis was wonderful. We felt he went above and beyond and even made a call to check on reservations for us. The apartment was beyond our expectations. It was clean, large and very well equipped.

I had an exceptional stay at TURIM Terreiro do Paço Hotel in Santa Maria Maior, Lisbon. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was absolutely top class. Rita was especially welcoming — she took the time to clearly explain the entire check-in process, answered all our questions patiently, and even helped us extend our stay using the Valentine’s offer, which made our trip even more special. While I may not remember everyone’s names, every single staff member we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself was spotless. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is another huge advantage — it’s perfectly situated with easy access to Lisbon’s main attractions, restaurants, and transport links. Everything felt within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality, cleanliness, and location. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location; renovated historic building. The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the free Porto wine and afternoon high tea with the delicious “pastel de mata.” The breakfast had a variety of fruit, pastries and hot items besides juices annd espresso and cappuccino. The staff was friendly and helpful.
