There were 110 stairs from our room to the street, but in general Santorini isn't the place for people who might have trouble with stairs, because those were just the start of every stroll in the town.
The staff was amazing, kind, friendly, and helpful. Note that the water isn't drinkable, so you must purchase water bottles. In the hotel they cost 0.5 EUR per 0.5 liter. In the supermarket it's a bit cheaper, but requires a few more stairs while carrying the bottles. We needed about 3 liters per day for the two of us.
Note that the wifi is EXTREMELY slow, even after they replaced the router in our room.
