Great location, nice and large apartment, excellent and responsive service, but the balcony and bathroom showers could be improved. The location is very picturesque, as we saw many photoshoots nearby. The apartment is comfortable with nice beds. It has a little kitchenette, with a very tiny counter that was a little too cluttered for it's size. (E.g. it has two types of coffee machines). The decor is nice, but old fashioned, with a lot of hardwood furniture. One minor point is that the bathroom showers is tiny and has a sagging curtain that doesn't retain water, so the whole bathroom floor would always be wet. (The cabinet in that bathroom is larger than the shower). It would be nice if the shower and the cabinet with a modern large shower with sliding doors. The balcony was a disappointment. It looks great in pictures, and we were excited to sit there with our morning coffee to enjoy the view, but then realized that there are two or three different vents blowing into the balcony. This made the balcony unusable for us.

The location has a very nice patio with a breathtaking view of the caldera. Easy access to bus or taxis. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Folia Bianca is sublime

Incredible view from sun deck, amazing and well stocked accommodation! The owner is super helpful and friendly. A really great deal for what is offered here compared to the neighbouring facilities.

The communication was excellent and all the advice and tips were very helpful. The location is ideal around 3 photoshots per day happened outside the next house as the view was unique.

The whole staff including Nikos were amazing and the area we were staying at had food and markets where we could get what we needed. Definitely a great place to stay as it’s quiet and the view is unbelievable from the patio! Will hopefully be coming back and staying here again! Thank you Nikos!
