Beautiful and Quiet

What an amazing stay! The staff at made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was not only spotless and comfortable but also offered awesome conscience to the island. The location is perfect—we were able to walk to all the major sites and the bus was just a few steps away. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay! Pretty, quiet property right in the heart of Fira. While it’s bustling outside the gates, you don’t hear it inside. Villa had two floors with a rooftop jacuzzi. Bed is on second level along with the door to the roof. Jacuzzi was wonderful each night upon returning. Reception staff were wonderful! Cheerful and very helpful with all our needs. I highly recommend Palmariva Villas!

Julia at the front desk was wonderful! She gave us so many recommendations! The property is in wonderful condition, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is literally footsteps from restaurants, shopping and amazing views. Fira is a hopping place and we actually liked it better than Oia. We rented a car and drove the whole island and are so glad we did. You won’t regret staying here!

Hidden Gem, Palmariva Villas

Great location, division & distribution of space was awesome. Our kids loved having their own single bed. A little tight but actively working round luggage and breakfast will keep things organized. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff, Julia & Jenny, were very informative and didn’t hesitate to coordinate activities, taxis, rental cars, or anything we needed for our short visit. Thank you!

Lovely accommodation

Just a one night stay at this hotel but it was very enjoyable. Great location and very helpful staff. The villa is finished to a very high standard with a comfortable bed, nice breakfast and beautiful pool and private hot tub. An all round good experience at a reasonable price.

We spent 4 nights as a family of three in Villa Irida at Palmariva Villas, and honestly, it blew our expectations. The location is ideal, right in Fira with a bus station and restaurants a stone’s throw away, but miraculously quiet at night. Irida itself was spotless, beautifully designed with two full bathrooms, one on each level, and had a rooftop Jacuzzi that made both sunrise coffee and sunset wine feel cinematic. The breakfast delivered every morning was excellent, and the staff (Jenny and Julia) anticipated every need without being overbearing. Hot tub was perfect at sunset, we used it every night. There’s also a small swimming pool in the common area with beach chairs, we used it during the day when it was too hot for walking in town. Highly recommend for families who want luxury without the drama.

It was in the middle of everything. The location was perfect! The villa is nice and quite. The staff is awesome. They make sure to inform you of different places to visit while your there. How to get around on public transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a must stay for Santorini. The staff are so helpful and pleasant, Julia is a sweetheart and has tons of great information about the island and gives detailed information on what to do and when the best time to go is. As well as reasonable transportation options. They even have a printed map to help explain things with visuals. The rooms are cleaned every day and robes provided. The location is perfect. A 1 min walk to the action but it’s far enough away from the really loud areas so you don’t hear anything at all. I’m a light sleeper so that’s important to me. It’s also right beside a supermarket and pharmacy so you can grab your own treats and water if needed. The free breakfast is also great and you decide when it’s delivered to the room. Facilities are absolutely beautiful and clean. I will be staying here again.

This was an amazing hotel. The villa was incredible. The staff are nothing short of amazing. Julia was super sweet and very helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our room every morning. We also had an issue with the hot tide after hours and someone still came to assist the issue. Overall amazing stay and walkable to everything. Would stay here again.

It was a perfect Santorini experience. Located within an easy walk of all of Fira, and really elegant. The pool was a nice treat, although it is very small. The staff were very helpful in offering entertainment ideas and arranging transportation.

Great place to stay, friendliest receptionist. Breakfast provided and brought to your room. Only problem i had was i put up the do not disturb sign and the wind blew it off - only to come back to my hotel shocked my door was open and people were on there. Some of my things had been moved so they could clean as well. Otherwise, Great stay.
