Great apartment, spacious and comfy. Our check in took very long. We were exhausted and tired and didn't need to spend over an hour talking about what we already knew. He was trying to be helpful, but ignorant of our condition. Check in should be quick and fast, no need to try to sell us car rental, excursions, etc on arrival. We already had everything planned. They don't apply paper towels or laundry detergent. Store across the street sells it. About a 10 min walk to the bus station.

This property was just perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect, the grand suite was more than big enough to fit all of us. We are traveling with 3 daughters ages less than 10 and this hotel was just the best. But most of all Liza was just amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left she was so great with our daughters . We built long lasting memories thanks to Liza and Irene City Villas. Thank you!

Property in a good location just about 10min walk to the main center of Fira. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Suites are very large and comfortable. Very quite area. The hotel does not have a volcanic view and faces east. The pool is on the smaller size with no view. Breakfast is delivered as room service and has an abundance of options.
