We had an amazing stay here! The place itself was beautiful, and all of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the man serving breakfast; he was absolutely great and made our mornings even better with his friendly and welcoming service. All of the amenities were excellent, and the place was really clean. We especially loved the swimming pool and the views. Overall, one of the best places I’ve stayed at, and we would definitely recommend coming here. I’d also suggest having your own transport, unless you’re a big fan of hikes, as the location is a little out of the way. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, though. Other than that, definitely 5/5!

Great resort and staff are great and go above and beyond. You have to rent a car to get around the island, this location is on the other side of the island, if the airport is sold out the resort have a wonderful owner who rents cars. He was also wonderful as well. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the cat hounding us for food while we ate and also the cat was allowed to walk throughout the restaurant,

Awesome hotel, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful and a breathtaking view. The location is a bit far from everything (there’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, you can also rent a car/four wheeler or order a uber to explore the island) but that’s what we loved about it! The perfect quiet place to relax and enjoy your vacation. I recommend 100% for people who are looking for a place to relax and far from crowds.

I enjoyed that the breakfast was a preselected cooked meal. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived early and were able to use amenities early until our room was ready. It was a wonderful place to stay and so peaceful and relaxing! Rooms were awesome!

Honestly, this was flawless! We've been coming here for 8 years (since it opened I believe) and this is our 3rd stay. It's like the place doesn't age! It looks just as good as it did when we first started coming here! The staff are incredibly accommodating, will always go above and beyond for you. Our waiter, learned what out favourite dining spot is and what drinks we liked and would bring them as soon as we sat down, now that's a hell of a service! The room was immaculate, the cleaning team do an amazing job on the quality of their work. The attention to detail is top tier! The reception staff are also incredibley kind and helpful, will sort any vehicle rental out for you and will assist you with any troubles you may have. Silly old me couldn't work out the safe, but one of the reception staff came in and explained it all very patiently! The views, the pool and hot top are just jaw dropping! If you struggle with raising the umbrella, a kind member of staff will help. Google some pictures of this place if you don't believe me! Being on the south side of the island means it's so much quieter and peaceful. Recommend going to Akrotiri if you have the time. I summary, we'll being coming back for a 4th time for sure!

The elements of caldera had the most gorgeous rooms! The beds were so comfortable and an amazing shower! Also loved the pool area, they had the nicest queen sized loungers which is nice to be close to your partner or friend while you catch some sun!

This hotel is set atop the caldera. Giving the most spectacular view I’ve ever had from a hotel. It’s set up for pure relaxation. If you want more for entertainment and a party atmosphere-then hang across the caldera in Fira. Elements is a reset from your daily stress. The music over the PA maintained that relaxed feel. Once I arrived everything that easily beset me was released. Even though the menu wasn’t exciting. Even though the jacuzzi was just below warm. Even though the pool was cold. Even though it cost $35-$45 anywhere to go by taxi.There’s nothing I can say that would make this an average stay.Recommend renting a car before hand. It’s also easy to rent from the hotel but rates are higher but still better than a daily taxi. Breakfast hosted by the unequivocal MrHasan was still nice. Have a drink with him.What a super dude. He keeps you dialed in with his soft tone. Restaurants were in walking distance. Very good food and view. Everything, the room, sauna, pool were pristine clean. The bed so comfortable. The monogrammed sheets smell clean and crispy. Didn’t have a bad nights sleep. The AC WORKS well. If I could have one thing that would make this stay a 10 it would be for the jacuzzi to be a lot warmer as it should be. Not room temp or luke warm. I was looking forward to that during the nights. I searched for a room with jacuzzi. Definitely disappointed I wasnt able to use it. I like fan fare but the stay at elements in Santorini was probably my best vacation ever.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quieter part of Santorini but no more than 30 minutes drive from anywhere. The views are spectacular. The rooms are really well appointed but what made the holiday for me was the staff, who were always perfect. Will definitely be back.
