This property was perfect for our family of five to relax but also close enough for eating out and shopping. The hostess was gorgeous, helpful and informative. This is a perfect spot to enjoy what Fira has to offer but also peaceful and quiet to enjoy down time. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Loved El Verano! Sokratis and his sister were super helpful and the property was amazing, clean, personalized, and had a great view. Only issue was the short walk it took to get into town, but Sokratis was always able to call us a taxi and recommended the best spots in town. Highly recommend!

Best Stay in Greece

First time visiting Greece. What an amazing experience to celebrate our sons wedding on this property. The views are spectacular, the property is gorgeous and the hosts are top notch. They were very attentive and went out of their way to make our sons experience special. I like that the property is only minutes away from everything, yet far enough away to soak in the quiet atmosphere the property provides. Highly recommend.

Great service from Sokratis and his family. Would definitely recommend this hotel, the kindness and hospitality is so genuine. Each morning fresh bakeries hand made by Sokratis mum was provided, you can choose your hours of room service clean. The walk to Fira is 25mins walk to local shops and main town, easy navigation as signs everywhere and your phone satnav helps. Lovely hotel and the best personal service.

The property is gorgeous, very quiet and well located, although you’ll need a car or an ATV to go to the village. It’s not far from the restaurants but you cannot really walk on the road, there is no sidewalks and the cars drive fast. Sokratis and his sister were so welcoming and helpful. Sokratis gave us many tips upon our arrival and helped us book some restaurants throughout our stay on the island. I highly recommend this accommodation.

From the moment we arrived Sokratis and his sister did everything they could to made sure we had a pleasant stay. The greeted us with a bottle of local wine and fresh made pastries. They provided us with their personal number for anything we may need. They helped us get a reservation at a winery and arrange taxis (one company tried charging us 70 EUR and they arranged a taxi for 45). We chose not to get a car but would recommend as the major towns are 15 min hilly walk with no sidewalks. The property itself was amazing. They do not have caldera views but the view of the island, private pool, spacious and beautiful rooms (we stayed in the cactus sweet) with private bathrooms more than makes up for it. I highly encourage everyone to stay here.

Great stay!

The property exceeded our expectations. The location was close enough to all the attractions but away from the crowds of Santorini. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The cleaning service was excellent and we appreciated that they restocked the fridge with breakfast items and water everyday. The views were stunning. Highly recommend this property.
