Great Place

Amazing place, 4th time staying there. The staff are excellent and so caring. The hotel is right on the beach, great location. Can’t recommend enough.

Voula (host) could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and extremely fun. This is a basic property that has what you need at an affordable price. If you are on a budget and need a nice place to stay with an amazing host and is very close to the beach, this is your place.

Could not fault this place. Simple, no frills place to stay. Convenient location, minutes from the black beach, restaurants and shops. Room service was great, and hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and gave lots of information about the surrounding area and bus routes. Washing machine and iron available to use free of charge which was great. Drink and snacks available to purchase at the bar and mini markets in walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great for a brief stay if you aren’t planning to be in the room all the time. Pool is nice, reception was extremely helpful and informative about sights, beaches, buses/transit, stores, etc. AC works well. The shower is extremely small and not super functional. No toilet paper can be flushed in the toilet.

The service at Anny Studios was amazing. The location is great. Perrisa Beach is a great place to stay on the island if you are trying to get away from the crowds of Oia for example. Walkable area, pool, airport/ferry port transfer and if you arrive early or need to check out before your flight/ferry, they will hold your bags for you. Staff were always accommodating, helpful and super friendly!

The room was small and clean and anything you might need was there. The pool is small and I would say mainly for children but there is jacuzzi as well and you can have drinks at the pool bar

The room was nice, but the shower is TINY! The water from the tap is salt water. You need to buy water to drink. The WIFI was practically non-existent. The location is hard to find, but it is in a nice area. It's close to the beach and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. They are so helpful and kind. The hotel was able to secure us transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable rate. Our flight was delayed about an hour so we were worried about checking in and transportation but they were awesome about it and were waiting. We arrived late at night (after 11pm) and the area was very safe. People were strolling around the boardwalk and a few businesses were still open. The location is close to numerous restaurants and souvenir shops as well as the beach. The beach was beautiful. There is a 24 hour bakery within walking distance for late night cravings. There is a great convenience store with very low prices close by that is open during the day. Staff is very helpful to answer any questions or give recommendations. WiFi worked great, no problems. There is a washing machine for use by guests to clean laundry. There is a pool. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues is that there are stairs throughout the property. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Hideaway spot, very clean.

Cute little loft room. The lift area stays quite warm despite many attempts to get a/c to reach there. Great locale, within steps to the beach and great restaurants. The bathroom has no windows and just one dim light so very dark. Had to go purchase TP since our family of 5 went thru the 2 rolls in room quickly. The front desk is left unmanned for long periods of time so difficult to reach anyone with issues. Room very clean. Directions get you to back parking area, but with no signage for directions very difficult to find. Stopped at another hotel and they gave me directions to front entrance. Small pool, but used beach anyways. Able to drive out and see the local sights fairly easily from here.

Nous etions 3 (2 adultes 1 enfant) Point positif : A proximité de la plage, et des restaurants, piscine et bar dans l'hôtel. Une machine a laver en libre service. Menage tout les jour dans la chambre. Climatisatoon et Serviette. Dans la chambre il y a un petit frigo et une bouilloire. Point negatif : pas d'eau potable, eau de la douche salé. Pas de store occultant donc lumiere dans la chambre des 6h30 .. les lits ne ce deplace pas, domage car mon fils tombe souvent du lit et les coller aurait permis d'eviter quelques chutes 😅 , pas de gel douche a disposition prevoir les votres.. insonorisation mauvaise. On entend les voisins .. cependant nous sommes tomber sur une semaine assez calme. Nous avons passez un agreable séjours chez Anny Studio, le personnel etait sympas et a l'ecoute, une carte avec le plan de santorin et les excursions que l'hôtel propose nous a été expliquer. Je vous recomande cette hôtel pour un sejours à Santorin à moindre coût.

Nous avons séjourner dans cet hôtel pour 3 nuits en famille/amis. + : Piscine agréable avec des horaires 10-22:00. Personnel pro et gentil. Bar au bord de la piscine. - : Chambre petite pour 4 personnes. Salle de bain petite et avec mauvaise odeur. Propreté laissant à désirer. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

We stayed at this budget conscious hotel right off the black sand beach at Perissa on our first trip to Santorini. The couple that run the hotel are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is what I would consider a three Star quality hotel in Greece and was as advertised. It is close to the bus station. Our stay was ruined by a major power outage, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Excellent service, room, and location

It was an amazing stay! Due to my flight being delayed, I got there well after the reception hours closed. Despite that, they were kind enough to give me access to my room and I was able to sleep comfortably after a hectic day. The next morning, the staff checked me in and gave me a detailed overview of the local area, including sites to see, tours, and even the bus schedule! The room was clean and even came with cooking ware. The location was right off the beach, so that was super convenient. One minor thing was that wifi was only available in the lobby, and not in the room. I didn't really need it, so it was really a small inconvenience. I will say that if you're going to stay here, you shouldn't stay cooped up in your room surfing the web.

Poop in the pool, bites on my legs, dirty towelsl

Friendly staff and great location. Still, the 1st day did we discover poop in the pool. The staff was notified and they removed it... Still the pool remained open. After 1st night I woke up with +20 bitemarks on my legs. The staff said it was not bedbugs but mosquitos...all windows to the room was locked and it was very windy that night. I demanded to get a new room so we got that, downgraded. We stayed 3 nights and had a total of 5 dirty towels during this time. Now with the money in my opinion! I have tried to upload photos but the system don't allow me...
