My room was quite spacious and the AC worked great. The bathroom was a great size and well-maintained. I had a nice little balcony, but it was very hot so I didn’t really use it other than to dry my swimsuit. The breakfast was sufficient and the eating area was quite nice. I felt I got a good value for the money I paid and the location was very close to the main shopping area.

The staff were so helpful and informative! Super sweet lady that worked the evening Front Desk. Explained in details everything about the island and gave me lots of info to plan my trip here. Saw her speak in multiple different language to many hotel guests. Wish I could have gotten her name to say a thank you! Rooms were cute and clean. Great place for a solo traveler.

Our room was beautiful with a balcony toward the sunrise. The staff was especially sweet and helpful, with lots of advice for our outings, helping us to plan what to do and booked an excursion for us. The hotel was conveniently located, not in the middle of it all so on the calmer side which was appreciated and very close to the bus station. The morning breakfast has a large variety of things to choose from and many traditional Greek items. Overall, highly recommended and if we returned to Santorini, we would stay here again. It was lovely.

A mostly lovely little hotel, centrally located with easy access to all amenities in Fira. The property was kept beautifully clean with daily maid service, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and was well stocked with a variety of local and traditional produce. We had booked the superior double with jacuzzi. The main room was bright and airy, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. However, we were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi appeared a little ‘tired’ with signs of rusting on the sides, and a gritty feel to the tiles. Be aware it is also very small, and wasn’t really bubbling. Although a sea view, the jacuzzi does look over an area of rough land which isn’t the most attractive. The steps to the jacuzzi also lack any form of ‘anti slip’, and as such I felt nervous climbing in and out…on one occasion I slipped and hurt myself climbing out as the painted concrete is lethal when wet. The fridge, though useful, was squeezed into a small scuffed cupboard, that was definitely in need of replacement. The fridge was not secure, so moved when opening it, causing the door to then jam! There was a toasty machine provided, but no cutlery or plates - and tea and coffee provided was very limited. We had to go to reception to ask for tea, as this wasn’t provided most days. A lovely pool area, but no bar/snack facilities. A nice place - however in our opinion it definitely fell short of ‘superior’.

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room was spacious with a distant ocean view. The bathroom was big and clean with good quality shower. The balcony had cloth hanging rack for clothes/towel drying. The TV had English speaking channels, which was not common in Greek islands. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold options and had slight differences each day. The breakfast staff were all friendly with a smile. The hotel is away from the crowds of the main street and therefore quiet. But it is just a few minutes walk away from the city center and the bus station, making it convenient for dining/shopping and exploring Fira and other villages. Special thank to Maya, who was showing top notch hospitality by offering breakfast box because we had to leave very early in the morning. We had a memorable stay in this beautiful Greek island.

What a beautiful spot. On the opposite side of the caldera but a third of the price and still with an ocean view. Great size room, loved the balcony, perfect location with easy walking distance to anywhere in Fira. Loved this place.

It was a short walk from the main bus station from Fira, so it was easy to get there from the airport and to other destinations. Our room also had a pretty sunrise view. The hostess Sophia was also really friendly with good recommendations for the area.

The front desk staff are great! Sophia and Maya were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have. The pool was very refreshing and not busy during my stay. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
