This was a gorgeous property that was family run and they were very attentive to all of our needs! Be prepared to go down 146 steps to get to the rooms, but it was well worth it! Definitely will be back! The staff were some of the most genuine people you could ever meet!

This beautiful and impeccably maintained property offers a wonderful stay, highlighted by a caldera-view pool with comfortable lounge chairs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Ideally situated near numerous dining options and only 10 minutes from Fira, it serves as a great base. The hotel breakfast was average, but we discovered Remvi just up the stairs, which offers an exceptional breakfast accompanied by spectacular caldera views. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff carrying our luggage to our room and back when we left. So many stairs we were so thankful. Very helpful on everything. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was perfect after a long day of walking.

The stay was excellent . The Hotel is in great position between Fira and Imerovigli. It is down the hill which makes it more private and quieter. No restaurant but great restaurants on the main path above. The only negative was all the steps, but hey we are in Santorini!! Staff amazing carrying our bags up and down the stairs to and from our room.

I had such an amazing experience at Agali Houses. I traveled to Santorini solo, and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Every person at reception was wonderful—so attentive, kind, and always willing to help, whether it was making reservations, arranging transportation, or simply making sure I had everything I needed. A special recognition also has to go to the porter. The amount of stairs at the property is no joke—174+ and he handled my luggage with such kindness and professionalism. He absolutely deserves to be recognized for how hard he works. My suite was beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and even had two patios with incredible views. The entire stay felt calm and special, which was exactly what I wanted from this solo trip. Agali Houses truly made my time in Santorini unforgettable. I left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. I absolutely will return and cannot wait.
