The hotel is fabulous with very friendly and attentive staff. The food is fresh and delicious and there is a wide drink selection. Room was comfortable and well appointed with a lovely balcony area. Pool was clean as was the pool area. Shuttle bus service into town was excellent.

The hotel has magnificent views and terraces. Breakfast is very good and the staff is very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little dated, but also clean.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The Castello San Marco really is charming! The property is beautiful, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and we can't say enough about how lovely the staff was! Alexandra and Flavia were so wonderful and helpful with everything we asked for. We would stay there again any time!

Everything was great - staff were super friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful and centrally located. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Few minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and the tram that takes you to the beaches. Room is spacious but we wish there were a dresser with drawers. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was a highlight of the day. There were a lot of variety of vegetarian options and pastries. All food was fresh not stale with right temperature. The wait staffs at the breakfast room were delighful and efficient. The view was amazing too. I would like to thank all staffs for their hospitality. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Taormina again.
