"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim.
-There's no WiFi connection.
-There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online.
-There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management.
Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "
