Pros: the property is smack bang in the centre of everything in Santiago, every touristic point you want to see is walking distance, the hosts are friendly and happy to do their best to resolve any problem you might have. Cons: it is an old building, it has problems, a bit of mould, I had a problem with a water leak coming from the apartment above, internet is an important point for me, I had about 4 hours outage, speed is ok, not awesome. Overall, still recommend this property.

Great location in center of walking area of main tourist sites. Beware that you must contact the property before you arrive as the unit is located in a highrise apartment building and she will meet you in the lobby at a designated time. Very friendly and helpful manager, although no English spoken. We were able to communicate with her using Google translator, so all was good. Nice 1 bedroom unit with small kitchen, living room (with 2nd bed instead of couch). We were pleased with the unit.

Nice centra Santiago location

Carolina, the owner, was a gracious hostess. The area was great and the kitchen and layout were comfortable. Also, Carolina very kindly allowed me a late checkout as the apartment was not rented the night I left. Very helpful! The only negatives were the absence of air conditioning with temps around 90 degrees (~34C) outside. Also, on Friday night, neighbors had an extremely loud party that lasted until 6:30 am. I would certainly consider staying again if during the week.

Very nice stay

The hotel is conveniently located at the centre of Santiago, few minutes walk to the Cerro de Santa Lucia and Belles Artes, 10' away from Barrio Lastarria, Bellavista and Plaza de Armas. The apartment I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The staff was simply great: they accommodated my check in and check out time and they have been in constant touch with me since the moment I have booked. I will definitely recommend it!

Location is perfect

Our check in was easy amd staff are very friendly. The apartment is small but was fine for whst we wanted. The kitchen allowed us to make a meal and eat comfortably. We did this as just outside 1 of the exits is a supermarket but the apartment location is very central so there are lots of good cafes and restairants. There are many tourist attractions all within walking distance. We would go back again.

Na sala não tem blackouts então assim que clareia você não dorme mais pois estava usando o sofá cama que também é muito ruim. Localização é muito boa. Algo que me incomodou muito foi a cobrança do IVA mesmo pagando com dólar e foi mais que 19%. E na reserva dizia que não seria cobrado. A piscina está fechada e meu quarto dizia que teria varanda chegando lá não tinha.

MARAVILHOSO!!!

Passamos 10 dias maravilhosos nesse Ap, atendimento pela Carolina foi incrivelmente atencioso, a localização era ótima, o Wi-Fi funciona bem, a cozinha era bem completa, chuveiro funcionou muito bem, e o espaço era era suficiente para 4 pessoas.
