Amazing home studio in Las Condes Santiago. Stylish decoration with Twin size bed and sofa bed, kitchen well equipped to prepare you meals like at home. Perfect location, right next to shopping mall "Alto las Condes", easy to connect by subway or bus anywhere. 40 min to sky centers as Valle Nevado, Colorado. Outstanding panoramic view of "Cordillera de los Andes". Modern building with pool and gym.
The Space:
The apartment has a Twin size bed and also a hotel quality 1 person futon-bed.
Apartment has "Thermopanel" windows (double layer) that isolate from hot/cold and noise.
Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom for 3 people.
TV HD and unlimited high speed Wifi connection available.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the pool, sunbathing area and gym.
The Neighborhood:
Las Condes has become one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Santiago, with a largely diversified streetscape which ranges from commercial gourmet markets to offices and high-end apartments. An interesting combination of innovative urban architecture, large parks and various shopping centers make this community one of the commercial, financial and touristic hotspots of the Chilean capital.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend using Uber to go anywere is safe and cheap. Second option would be use subway (safe, cheap and fast), Chilean subway is upon 5 best subways in the world.
Do not forget to visit Kidzania and Selvaviva for the children, both located in the center of Parque Araucano. And move on to play bowling at Mall Parque Arauco as a family.
Just 45 minutes away from ski centers.
Other Things to Note:
The entry is with "self check in", that is, we send you a password to enter with a digital lock.
We will ask guests to complete an access form after the reservation is confirmed.
