"Breakfast was terrific, fresh and lots of choices, plus excellent coffee. Dinner, drinks and desserts were divine. This is an older hotel with a bit of that “funky” wet smell in some carpeted areas, but that was my only complaint. Pool and grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. "

"It's a beautifully restored older building, & staff are very friendly & helpful. Looks very modern & stylish now. Would have no problem staying there again, but they did have a few maintenance issues they need to address. First our room door lock did not work well. It took multiple attempts for the electronic key card to unlock it to get into the room every time. Secondly the water pressure was quite low. Thirdly the mattress was a bit hard, so a bit uncomfortable. "
