Excelente opcion en Santiago. Apartamento comodo, agradable, en excelente estado. Todo lo necesario para estar comodo, con buena equipacion de utensilios de cocina. De seguro repetire nuevamente.

It's a two bedroom apartment with a balcony, lounge dining area and kitchen, fully furnished. I love being able to go to the grocery store and cook a proper meal and eat what I want to eat instead of eating hotel food or having to go out to a restaurant.

O apartamento é a localização é muito boa, está é a segunda vez que me hospedei com eles. A cordialidade do rapaz que faz o procedimento de Check in é zero, no último dia pela manhã ele bateu na porta com quatro outros homens e justificando que queria saber se eu queria café da manhã(....) bem estranho. Mas tirando essa falta de tato com o cliente, eu voltaria com certeza.

The neighborhood is amazing and safe. A lot of life, nice restaurants, malls, stores and bars in walking distance. the Helvecia staff was really nice and helpfull. WiFi works fine. Room temperature was great (winter season). Bed is comfortable.

Lo único que quizás podrían cambiar es que fueron a tocar dos veces el timbre para hacer aseo, al final tuve que apurarme para salir y eso fue un poco incómodo, lo demás excelente.

Café da manhã inicia quase 9h da manhã.

Ótimo apart-hotel, bem localizado próximo ao Costanera e ao metrô Funcionários simpáticos. A única coisa que nao gostei foi o café da manhã, porque o local abria muito tarde e não dava tempo de tomar antes de sair pro trabalho. Recomendo optarem por estadia sem café da manhã e irem a qualquer outro lugar para comer.

Nice Location and Good Value

Helvecia Apart is a nice hotel to stay, it is located in a very convenient place in Las Condes and in general has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Staff in general is helpful, but unfortunately they are not always available, the whole experience is managed on the informal side. I read about the breakfast not being on site, which was ok for me, but there was a 2nd inconvenient with it, and the problem is that the place only serves breakfast from 9am-11am or even later during the weekends, which basically makes it impossible to grab or find a place to grab a quick bite if you need to leave early. The installations are slightly old, but extremely clean. I would totally come back and recommend others to stay here if they are planning to move around the area.

Great furnished apartment hotel!

I came to Santiago on a school trip and this was one of the recommended hotels. Though the beds weren't your typical king-size, plush beds, they were still very comfortable. Plus, your "room" is a small apartment - you get your own mini kitchen, living room and balcony! I got to settle in and feel like I was home for the week I spent in Chile, and I loved it. Highly recommend, and I'll be back!

CADE O CAFÉ DA MANHA?

No geral o Apto tem bom espaço, limpeza muito boa, O que fica muito a desejar é o CAFÉ DA MANHA, que alem de ser ruim, entregam um vale cafe que vc tem direito tipo uma pão com manteiga e um copo de cafe com leite e só. Mais isso ainda não é o pior , aos finais de semana o cafe fecha e vc não tem direito absudo

Fin de semana en Santiago

El apartamento limpio y comodo, eramos cuatro.. estaba mu bien ubicado muy cercano al Mall Costanera Center, 3 cuadras aprox. y a Isidora Goyenechea con sus restaurants. El desayuno era a una cuadra en el Bosque Norte en Fragola, con lo que no habia un horario especifico de desayuno.

Appart hotel très agréable

C'est un appart'hotel correctement équipé (micro-onde, bouilloire, grille-pain, casseroles, 2 feux gaz), spacieux et lumineux. Très calme. Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais sans gaspillage (les serviettes ne sont pas continuellement changées).

Buen apart, habitaciones un tanto pequeñas pero suficientes y limpias, el desayuno no fue de lo mejor ya que me dieron unos vouchers para desayunar en un lugar a dos cuadras del apart, que abren muy tarde (aprox 8:30, fines de semana aún mas tarde) y muchas veces en las que salí temprano me quede sin desayunar... Adicionalmente las opciones de desayuno son muy limitadas.
