COSTANERA HOME is an amazing apartment located nearby the famous mall costanera

The apartment is located in a earthquake proof Condominium in “Providencia”, one of the best residential areas of Santiago, and only some 80 meters from “Costanera,” the largest shopping mall in all of Latin America, with all kinds of different restaurants, from take-out to elegance, as well as many different ethnic eateries, and many cinemas too. For shoppers with foreign passports, they can enjoy a 10% discount.
You will be, also, only a few steps from the Tobalaba Metro Station which takes you in 10 minutes straight into the center of Santiago in a short while
The apartment is on the 7th floor, with 2 bedrooms (one with a double-bed, the other with a single one) , a living room with sleep sofa, two baths, a fully supplied kitchen and two terraces with a wonderful view of the majestic and imposing mountain range of the “Cordillera de Los Andes.”

Condominium has 24/h security, a spacious, well-equipped gym, also 24/h, laundry and parking for visitors. Also the apartment has wifi.

A pochi passi dal Costanera Center , il più grande e rinomato Mall dell’America Latina, ( con splendidi negozi nei quali i cittadini stranieri hanno il 10% di sconto presentando il passaporto, ristoranti internazionali, cinema ecc.), l’appartamento è situato nel prestigioso quartiere “ Providencia”, famoso per la qualità e la quantità di locali, pubs e servizi. Vicinissimo alla stazione del metro “ Tobalaba” dalla quale in 10 minuti sarete nel pieno centro della città.
L’appartamento, sito al settimo piano di edificio antisismico, ha due camere da letto – una con letto matrimoniale e bagno in suite e l’altra con letto singolo, con un ulteriore bagno ; nella sala vi è un confortevole divano letto a due piazze, cucina completamente equipaggiata, due balconi con vista sulla meravigliosa cordigliera delle Ande.
