The 400 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and beach/pool towels. For your leisure, there is also a ping pong table. A crib and high chair can be provided. Please note, this accommodation does not have air conditioning. The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. There is also a shared outdoor shower.



    The villa is just 100 m from a public bus stop and 2 km from the beach, which offers free parking. A small supermarket is 2 km away at Lagoa de Santo André, and larger supermarkets are 6 km away in Vila Nova de Santo André. Several restaurants are nearby, making it easy to enjoy local dining options.

The house is very pleasant and equiped, we had a great time

Pros: The amenities are great, it is well equipped for cooking, making barbecues and enjoying with your friends and family in the swimming pool. Cons: Nothing that I can remember at this time

Pros: Casa com boas áreas, zona calma com cafés perto. Muito perto da praia e lagoa. Piscina com bom tamanho e zona de jogos no exterior. Anfitrião sempre disponível e em contacto connosco desde o inicio da reserva Cons: Infestação de formigas na cozinha Tem uma mesa no exterior mas Para uma casa com tantos quartos seria vantajoso ter uma mesa maior para as refeições (na cozinha a mesa tem o tamanho ideal)
