Perfect apartment

We stayed 13 nights in Jan. It has fantastic views and gets the sun from about 10am in the morning until dusk. The apartment is very well equipped especially in the kitchen. Could do with more beer glasses other than that, it was perfect. Ideal for supermarkets with Lidl and Mercadonna within a few minutes walk. Mercadonna closes on Sundays but Lidl is open. Swimming pool not heated, grounds and pool area very well maintained. Issue with WiFi but was sorted very quickly. Fab place to stay.

Leider nicht erholsam

Schöne Terrasse mit super Aussicht, gute Tiefgarage, zweckmäßig ausgestattet Küche. Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich nur auf spanisch. Bett - eher Metallgestell schlecht komplett durchgelegene Matratze, Nachttischlampen zum Aufladen, waren sofort leer. Sofa abgewohnt. Dreckig, überall Haare!! Haben erstmal gesaugt. Beißender Putzmittelgeruch, diese werden in der Whg. gelagert. TV und Spiegel mit Macken, Terrassentüren defekt, Reparatur erst auf Anfrage. Die Anlage wäre ja sicher.

Excellent

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant une semaine et nous l’avons trouvé super ! Le logement est propre, très bien équipé tout comme la résidence qui offrent d’excellentes prestations (piscine, parking…). La terrasse et la vue sont aussi incroyables ! Pour finir, nous avions peur de nous ennuyer mais Puerto de Santiago est un village très sympa et vivant. Si vous êtes de passage à Tenerife, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Traumhafter Panoramablick und Sonnenunte

Erneut alles bestens vorgefunden (s.Bewertung aus 2024). Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nachfolgendes könnte man bemängeln: Die weißen Wohnzimmerwände wirken klinisch steril und könnten etwas gemütlicher aufgepeppt werden. Es fehlt ein deutscher TV-Sender und ein Mieterhandbuch. Dieses Jahr störender Lärmpegel in der Anlage durch die nahe Baustelle mit den nicht aufhörenden Presslufthämmern.

Traumhafter Panoramablick auf La Gomera

Es waren 2 wundervolle Wochen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach exakt den Fotos. Sehr moderne, perfekt ausgestattete Küche. (Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine leider nicht so umweltbewusst). Gemütlich großes Doppelbett für wunderbaren Schlaf. Perfekt auch die private abschließbare Garage innerhalb der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnanlage ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und ruhig.Das Highlight war die große Panorama-Terrasse mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen und der unverbaute Blick auf Gomera. Wir kommen wieder.

Rundum gelungene Ferien

Wir verbrachten fast vier Wochen sehr entspannte Wochen auf Teneriffa. Grossen Anteil hatte die Wochnung mit ihrer Umgebung, die zu 99% unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Die Wohnung, Pool und Anwesen waren sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnungseinrichtung war zweckmässig, die Küche gut ausgestattet, genügend Geschirr, Besteck und sonstige Utensilien. Die Matratze war sehr angenehm und der Einbauschrank war gross genug. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!
