New apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, convenient American kitchen with living room, large sofa, dining table and Smart TV. Fibre optic Internet connection included.



Located in a quiet residential area just a stone's throw from the centre of Los Gigantes, it offers a modern and completely renovated environment.



IMPORTANT: the apartment is located on the ground floor with independent entrance and does not have balconies.

Some windows overlook common areas of the complex. This aspect is useful to know for those looking for a reserved environment or with an open view.



Inside the complex, a climate-controlled pool with a view is available.



Street parking is free, generally easy to find in the immediate vicinity.

Un logement bien situé, proche de la plage et de la vieille ville.La piscine est spacieuse et très propre. En revanche, les équipements sont prévus pour trois personnes et non 4, 3 chaises, 3 bols, 3 fourchettes etc...il convient donc de louer pour 3 personnes ou de completer l'équipement de base.
