This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential street and only 400 meters from one of the many beautiful sandy beaches.



Portopetro is a small, cozy, former fishing village with lots of charm, good and cozy bars, cafes and restaurants. The beautiful bays Cala Mondrago and Cala Barca are only 7 - 10 minutes away by car. Also the well known and popular village Santanyi and the noble marina Cala d'Or. From the first floor you have direct garden access and you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large, fully equipped kitchen, salon with dining area and TV corner and a covered terrace.



Groups with participants under 30 years on request and with special deposit. Air conditioning hot/cold in all bedrooms. General electricity included - electricity for the air conditioners exclusive and according to consumption.

Nice house with pool

The house is nice, very clean, good location. The furniture are quite old but do the job. Be aware that there is no Wifi. The last day wasn’t nice as we had to leave the house quite early (10.00) and the owner was cleaning the garden since 8.00 o clock which was really annoying on our last morning.
Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2023
