Menorca 16 modern holiday home near the beach in Cala D'Or for 8 people

Beautiful spacious 4 bedroom villa, completely renovated in a bright and modern style, for rent in Cala D'or Mallorca. The villa is located in a quiet residential street, just a few minutes' walk from the two sandy beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran and the center of Cala D'Or with restaurants and shops.
Two-story villa with lots of natural light. The whole house is modern and bright. There is a spacious living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. Access from the living area to the veranda overlooking the pool. A sliding door leads from the kitchen to another small veranda with a dining table. On this floor there are two double rooms, one with a double bed and shower room en suite, the other with 2 single beds and semi-integrated shower room. There are two more bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a double bed and partially integrated shower room and access to a private terrace. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shower room en suite.
The outdoor area offers a covered terrace with chill furniture and a view of the
7 x 4 m pool with sun terrace and deck chairs. To the side of the house there is another covered terrace with a dining table and a mobile grill. Parking on the property.

Great property in a great location

The property is a good size in a fantastic location to access all the restaurants, bars and beaches. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Majorca!
