Guadi is a large, modern holiday home spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and an adjoining living room. Next to the living room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and access to the rear terrace. A hallway next to the kitchen leads to two further bedrooms. One has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both of these bedrooms have access to the pool area.

An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a living room with access to a small terrace offering panoramic views of the port of Porto Petro. On this floor, there are three more bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Adjacent to these bedrooms you find a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The last bedroom has a double bed, a sitting area, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a small terrace.

The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace with a chill-out area and stunning views of Porto Petro.

Heated pool! The water is heated to 28°C and surrounded by sun loungers for soaking up the sun. A built-in barbecue and veranda overlooking the pool are also available. An outdoor dining area is provided with a large awning .

Please note that there are sensors on the doors and windows, so if you leave them open, the air conditioning will automatically shut off.

Trevligt hus i bra område

Bra boende i ett trevligt område, förutom att en barnvagn stals utanför grinden. Stora problem att slänga sopor.En del av köksutrustningen kändes lite gammal ich ofräsch.Poolområde stort och bra. Fick snabb hjälp med problem gällande poolen. Härligt med många uteplatser i olika sollägen.En del sängar obekväma. Mycket kackerlackor i ett rum på nedre botten.
