The center of Cala d'Or, 2.5 km away, offers a pedestrian zone with a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars with live music, shops, and boutiques. Porto Petro, a picturesque coastal town with excellent restaurants and small shops, is only 1 km away.

Finca Pleta de Sa Punta is a two-story finca with plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms. From the bright entrance, you reach the generous living room with glass doors leading to the covered terrace and the pool. A door to the side leads to the courtyard. On the other side of the entrance is the dining room, which also opens onto the covered terrace. From the dining room, you reach the kitchen with a breakfast table and the utility room with a washing machine. There is also access to the courtyard. In the courtyard are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. From the courtyard, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bathtub, while the other has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. These two bedrooms each have their own private terrace.

The house is surrounded by typical local bushes and shrubs, as well as several palm trees. Two covered terraces with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool, invite you to enjoy meals prepared al fresco on the built-in barbecue. The large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers; the perfect place to enjoy long summer days. An outdoor shower and a sink by the barbecue are also available.
