apartment was clean and comfortable. neighbors were super nice - felt like a good community. range of ages also was a nice plus. not far from the marina and downtown.
The apartment itself met our expectations.
Bedrooms small but ok for a week.
On check-in we were hot and thirsty.
We would have appreciated a bottle of water to have been waiting in the fridge !
Nothing to make a drink,which was frustrating.
Anyway....the pictures made it appear the apartment was overlooking the pool,in fact it was a short walk away from our block.
Also,su beds but no parasols which for a fairskinned woman like me was a little off putti g. Wasnt going to pay out for one just for a week .

Zimmer und Ferienwohnung waren sauber. Das einzige Mango wenn das sagen darf es könnten größere Töpfe zum kochen da sein. Für vier erwachsene Personen wäre es empfehlenswert. Sonst war alles perfekt wie beschrieben
Es war wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Toll fanden wir, dass wir direkt vor der Wohnung einen Parkplatz hatten, der nur zur Wohnung gehört und daher immer reserviert für uns war. Der Hafen ist toll und auch die gesamte Anlage ruhiger und nicht zu viel los, am Pool hatte man immer einen Platz.

Wohnung war ungeflegt.
Nach eigener Reinigung war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Agentur telefonisch gut erreichbar, aber kein proaktiver Reinigungscheck. Dusche war unzumutbar und roch unangenehm.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen alles hat super geklappt einzige Manko, wenn man von Manko sprechen kann, waren die Handtücher ,die wirklich sehr, sehr stark gefusselt haben, weshalb man nach dem Duschen überall Fusseln am Körper hatte und auch sonst überall im Bad :)
Accommodation and gated secure complex were in a good location, about 20mins walk into town - but be aware there are steps down into the marina and steps up into town on the shortest route so not ideal for physically challenged. Other routes available.
Cala d’or itself seemed quieter than previous visits possibly due to covid.
Marina itself is good and has a variety of bars and restaurants - prices do vary considerably as it’s used by a lot of yachting fraternity. Note that the town centre does become hot and stuffy due to lack of breeze on a night time!!
There was a good selection of bars and restaurants in the town and plenty of shops also.
We found that it is best to book in the height of summer as restaurants became full very quickly? But they always try and accommodate you in if they can.
Apartment and complex were clean and maintained well.
Complex was next to a main through road but this was not an issue as it was quiet at night enough to sleep. The air conditioning was beautiful just before going to bed.
My only criticism is that maybe an update on the utensils etc… is required as we had to buy a bottle opener!!
Bedroom storage is a little lacking as there was nowhere to put small items of clothing so had to put them in the living room dresser - a little odd getting your underwear out when people are sitting on the sofa!
We would stay here again - so let’s see what 2023 brings!!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Appartementanlage. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten den Pool abends immer für uns alleine. In anderen Berichten hatte ich gelesen, dass viele Wohnungen nur von den einheimischen Eigentümern selbst genutzt werden. Das deckt sich mit unserem Eindruck. Die Wohnung selbst ist gepflegt und sauber, wenn auch ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig. Preis-/Leistung absolut angemessen. Ein wenig störend ist die Straße außerhalb der Anlage. Tagsüber und bis in den frühen Abend stark befahren. Die Autos hört man dann im Elternschlafzimmer.
Entre les balades, la piscine dans la résidence, la mer, les bons petits plats terrasse et bord de mer... tout était au RV.
Voiture quasi indispensable et achetez de l'eau ... car l'eau du robinet reste salée !...
Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schöner Pool, Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Da die überwiegende Anzahl der Ferienwohnungen in der Anlage von Eigentümern genutzt werden, die nicht ständig anwesend sind, war in der Anlage (trotz Hochsaison) nicht sehr viel los.
Die Lage ist perfekt zum Yacht-Hafen mit seinen schönen Restaurants, so dass man Abends kein Auto benötigt. Der nächste Strand ist allerdings etwas weiter (ca. 1km). Das könnte man prinzipiell laufen...mit Strand-Gepäck allerdings etwas mühsam.
Die Abwicklung mit der Vermietagentur vor Ort (Informationen, Reaktion auf Fragen, Schlüsselübergabe) war unproblematisch. Die Sauberkeit (insbesondere Küche) hätte etwas besser sein können. Schade war, dass die Spülmaschine so verkalkt war, dass das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber wurde. Dies erklärt wahrscheinlich auch, warum wir bei der Ankunft teilweise schmutziges Geschirr (z.B. Kaffeetassen mit Kaffeeränder) im Schrank vorgefunden haben. Es gibt wohl keine Ferienwohnung in der alles perfekt ist...aber diese Wohnung kommt schon sehr nahe an den Standard ran. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können daher die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
Ein sehr schönes Appartement in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit toller professioneller Betreuung der Vermittlung !

Eine perfekte Wohnung
Wir waren von der Wohnung und ihrer Ausstattung regelrecht begeistert. In der Küche gab es nicht nur Herd und Backofen, sondern auch Microwelle, Toaster und sogar eine Spülmaschine (die mit ein bisschen mehr Tassen nicht so oft hätte laufen müssen). Ebenso vorhanden: Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Möblierung innen und aussen ist sehr geschmackvoll und Platz ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind uns mit vier Erwachsenen wegen der beiden Bäder nicht in die Quere gekommen.
Ist schon die Ostterrasse herrlich - sogar um diese Jahreszeit haben wir oft draussen gefrühstückt - und sehr schön groß, setzt die Dachterrasse noch einen drauf. Hier hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne!
Die Abwicklung durch die Verwalterfirma war professionell, obwohl wir wegen der Feiertage keinen persönlichen Kontakt hatten. Ein Satz in der Anfahrtsbeschreibung wie: "Von Porto Petro kommend ist es hinter dem zweiten Kreisverkehr die erste Einfahrt links" hätte und ein paar Minuten Suche erspart.
Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und würden auch gern noch einmal wiederkommen.
Erstaunlicherweise ist Cala d'Or über Weihnachten/Silvester nahezu ausgestorben, dennoch haben wir immer ein offenes Restaurant und einen Supermarkt gefunden. Zu unseren Favoriten zählten das "Meson tipico" am Rande des Ortskerns (das rote Logo lässt sich vom Wohnzimmerfenster auserkennen) mit Tapas und echter spanischer Küche, was man am Besuch vieler Einheimischer erkennen kann, so wie das von Deutschen geführte "Oasis del Sol" am Hafen in der Nähe des Marinabüros.
Es waren, auch durch das grandiose Wetter, elf sehr schöne Tage auf Mallorca.

Well placed, clean and with everything we needed
A lovely clean apartment with all the things we needed for a great holiday. When we arrived there was also a good stock of things like tea bags, coffee, water, orange and a bottle of wine, which meant we didn’t need to go out immediately for supplies. All they ask is that you replace them before you leave which is of course fair.
Location wise it’s a short walk to the marina – either down some steps coming out at the Yacht Club, or along the road coming out at the Spar supermarket. It is a little further to the centre of Cala D’Or (15-20 minutes) but it’s a lovely walk around the Marina and past all the restaurants and yachts.
The management company were great on communication and helpful if we had questions – would stay again!

Beautiful appartment, nicely decorated, fully equiped, great roof terrace with excellant views.
Our party had 4 adults so it was slightly cramped but as we were easy going it made no problems to the holiday.
It was very quiet at nights, no screeching motor bikes so you got a good nights sleep.
When we complained about the state of the BBQ the management company had the cleaner out the same day.
The location was good for the Marina & a good 10 minute walk to Cala D'or but very pleasent & should not put people off.
There was a supermarket about 3 minutes away but the bigger ones were a good 10 to 15 minutes walk.
If I had to find fault it would be that the roof terrace equipment was locked away so we had no shade and the towels were minimal it would have been nice to have bath sheets.
We were due a clean after our first week but we had to ask on teh 10th day were the change of linnen & towels were, it was sorted very quickly.
Overall would definately consider staying there again.
