    Cozy holiday home with a beautiful sea view from the roof!

    With three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower with toilet, the house offers enough space for 4-5 people. In the cooler season, the rooms can be heated with electric radiators; the living / dining area with air conditioning.
    The spacious kitchen (with electric stove, microwave and coffee machine, dishwasher and various smaller electrical kitchen appliances) invites you to cook together, a portable barbecue for outdoor grilling and various dining areas to enjoy indoors and outdoors.
    In the not very large outdoor area you can find a sun spot all day long and from the large roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the wide surroundings and part of Cala Llombards. A few meters away at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac, you look up over the steep cliffs to the open sea and in the distance to the island of Cabrera!

    We had a wonderful week staying at the house. It’s spacious, clean, close to the beach, in a quiet street and equipped with everything you need. Barbara is a great host and helped out with any questions or requests we had. Highly recommend it.

    Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst Reiseliteratur ist ausreichend vorhanden. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin ja nichts :)))

    Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell gut, es fehlt an nichts. Im Haus, auf der Terrasse davor oder auf der Dachterrasse gibt es für jede Tageszeit sonnige und schattige Plätze. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten stehen in großer Zahl zur Verfügung. Cala Llombard selbst ist nicht sehr spannend. Santanyí ist jedoch ein sehr schönes, kleines Städtchen ganz in der Nähe. Ein Auto zu haben ist empfehlenswert. Wer ruhige Tage verbringen will, ist in der Nebensaison (!) dort bestens aufgehoben.

    Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir konnten, nach nachfrage , auch schon früher rein, da wir schon um 09:00 Uhr vor Ort waren, Super und Danke dafür. Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und von dort aus kann man auch schöne touren Planen, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Vielen Dank noch mal.

    gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Cala Llombards sehr genossen. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend weg vom Trubel des Massentourismus. Zu Fuß ist die gleichnamige wunderschöne Bucht in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Gastgeberin Barbara ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Bei unserer Ankunft stand eine Schale frisches Obst auf dem Esstisch und im Kühlschrank war schon etwas Wasser und eine Flasche leckerer Weißwein. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet. Es hat uns wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt. Drei Räume verfügen über sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, was völlig ausreicht um das ganze Haus auf eine angenehme Temperatur herunter zu kühlen. Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles in Allem ein gelungener, erholsamer und individueller Urlaub, so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Wenn wir irgendwann nochmal nach Mallorca kommen dann sehr gerne wieder nach Cala Llombards.

    Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
    Wir waren im August 2023 zu Gast, es war richtig heiß zu dieser Zeit. Deshalb wussten wir die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und in den beiden großen Schlafzimmern zu schätzen. Wer neu ankommt, kann erstmal checken, welche nützlichen Dinge im Haus bereits vorhanden sind, bevor man ans Einkaufen geht. Wir haben viele Kosmetikartikel vorgefunden, es gab gekühltes Wasser und auch ein Obstteller stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Für die Abende findet man Spiele, Bücher und vieles mehr. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Leitungswasser kann leider nicht zum Kochen oder Trinken genutzt werden, hier muss man immer genug einkaufen, in den Supermärkten kann man die 6-Liter-Flaschen wählen. Der Strand am Cala Llombards-Bucht war in der Ferienzeit ab ca. 11 Uhr sehr voll, das war wirklich der Hammer, inklusive Influencer-Alarm ;-) Wir haben jeden Morgen ab 8:30 gebadet, da ist die Bucht am schönsten und das Wasser am klarsten. Das darf man nicht verpassen! Zur Bucht geht´s in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß: links aus dem Haus raus, einmal rechts abbiegen und dann die erste Straße links. Dann findet man eine Treppe, die direkt in die Bucht herunterführt und einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung eröffnet. Wir haben den Urlaub in Cala Llombards sehr genossen, nach dem täglichen Baden haben wir Ausflüge mit dem Auto unternommen, es gibt viel zu entdecken! Die Kommunikation mit Barbara war perfekt, sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen per WA geantwortet.

    Wir haben es sehr genossen. Obwohl hier ein Pool fehlt, war alles andere in Ordnung. Besonders hat uns die Terasse gefallen, die sehr zum Verweilen einlädt.

    Wir waren das erste Mal auf Mallorca und haben unsere Urlaubszeit sehr genossen. Barbara ist mit ihrem Haus eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Nähe zur Bucht ist einfach fantastisch. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
