The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge. "

"Very handy to the ferry port at Santander. (A 20 minutedrive). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We used the free Spa which was good. The evening meal was a buffet, which was pretty standard but the breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and bacon and eggs cooked freshly for us. We would definitely stay here again."

"Fabulous welcome at check-in from Maria Jesus and an early check-in after our arrival from the Portsmouth ferry. Lovely room, clean, well appointed, spacious and a lovely view of the port. Truly magnificent breakfast. I travel a lot for business but this was absolutely top. Underground car park is very tight for a big car and accessed by a car elevator but great to have the car accessible by the hotel lift. "
