Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr zentral gelegen für Ausflüge nach Santa teresa und Umgebung.

Sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern Beatrice und Ihrem Mann empfangen sowohl als auch verabschiedet. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Vielleicht sollte man W-Lan von der Seite nehmen, ich hatte zwr ein Smartphone bin aber trotzdem nicht überall reingekommen. Die Verbindung mit Smartphone hat durchaus geklappt, das lag vielleicht sogar an mir. Ein Superausgangspunkt für Ausflüge . Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Schönes Haus, nette Vermieter. Leider gabe es keinen Internetanschluss in diesem Haus, der laut Inserat vorhanden sein sollte und für uns ein Entscheidungskriterium für diese Haus war. Endreinigung 50 Euro oder selber putzen.

Vielen Dank Bestrice und Michele dass wir dieses Haus benutzen konnten für unser Urlaub. Es war fantastisch, das Haus bietet viel Platz und draussen kann man es einfach geniessen, da es viel Umschwung hat. Für Familien mit Kindern das ideale Ort. Tolles Grundstück

Wir waren zu zweit in diesem süßen sehr sauberen kleinen Landhaus. Es gibt alles was man braucht, ne große Wohnküche die sehr großzügig ausgestattet ist, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, Waschmaschine. Draußen gibt es ne tolle Terrasse und einen schönen Pavillon, wo man sitzen und auch essen kann. Die Hauptstraße ist ca 80 Meter entfernt, man fährt eine kleine Auffahrt rauf über das Grundstück und ist dann am Haus, die Straße stört gar nicht. Drum herum ist alles Grundstück, man hat das Gefühl ganz alleine in mitten der Natur zu sein, auf der Wiese nebenan, getrennt durch einen Zaun, stehen manchmal die Kühe vom Nachbarn, abends hört man dort manchmal ein paar Wildschweine. Zu vielen wunderschönen Stränden und zum wunderschönen capo testa sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall. In Santa Teresa gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und auch Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen und verweilen, donnerstags ist dort ein toller Wochenmarkt mit vielen Ständen, essen von den Bauernhöfen, tolles Handwerk, Kleidung, Spielzeug, Textilien, sehr zu empfehlen! Beatrice und Michele sind super nette Gastgeber und immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man sie braucht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, es war ein besonderer Urlaub, von dem man lange zehren kann! Vielen Dank an Beatrice und Michele für die schöne Zeit auf euern Grundstück! Ganz liebe Grüße von Armin & Anna

Mooie vakantie woning in rustige omgeving met veel ruimte

We hebben genoten van deze vakantie woning in het noorden van Sardinie. De verhuurden kon veel vertellen over de omgeving en gaf leuke tips om te doen of waar te eten. De vakantie woning is ruim en beschikt over alle noodzakelijke artikelen. Wij hebben er een mooie week doorgebracht.

Excellent séjour, Propriétaires des plus aimables! Très jolie maison typique Sarde, très bien entretenue et restaurée . Niveau équipement, rien à redire, tout est là !! Sa situation géographique, permet de découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne facilement, malgré tout, partout sur l’île, vous devrez passer pas mal de temps sur la route pour profiter de toutes ses merveilles !! Ma maman est Sarde, je viens donc en Sardaigne depuis toujours, je peux donc vous dire que vous ne serez pas déçu par cette location !! Alors foncez!!!

Excellent séjour en Sardaigne en juin 2018 chez Béatrice et Michel qui sont de merveilleuses personnes. Accueil très chaleureux, disponibles et très sympathiques. Très belle propriété. Good overall location, but located directly off of the busy main road to Santa Teresa. Impossible to walk anywhere safely from this cottage - you have to drive to the beach, despite it being quite near. The house was reasonably well equipped, but no clear instructions provided for waste disposal, which caused some difficulty with the owners. I would not recommend this property.

La maison est idéale pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne : proche de la mer et des très beaux sites de la région. Le confort et la propreté de votre maison est exemplaire. Et puis un très très grand merci pour votre aide et votre gentillesse. Alors que nous avons eu un problème médical sérieux, vous avez pu nous trouver un médecin cardiologue immédiatement, faire la traduction, organiser notre retour en France. Vacanza alla scoperta della Gallura

la nostra vacanza in questo stazzu ( casa secolare ,completa di tutto e di più , e terreni annessi) e' stata all'insegna della natura e dell'indipendenza. Grazie ai gentili proprietari e ai loro preziosi consigli abbiamo imparato e scoperto la storia e le bellezze di questi luoghi, che non sono solo le splendide spiagge ( tra l'altro vicinissime all'abitazione). "Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Santa Teresa. La casa davvero bella si trova immerso nella natura e regna la pace sia di giorno che di notte.Noi eravamo in sei e non ci è mancato proprio niente, la casa è dotata di tutto. I bambini hanno potuto giocare liberamente nel giardino. La posizione è ottima per girare la Costa Smeralda e scoprire tutte le spiagge. Infine un grande ringraziamento ai padroni di casa: al signor Michele per i suoi preziosi consigli e alla signora Beatrice per la sua infinita gentilezza. Sicuramente ci torneremo!"

"Quel séjour ! Un tout grand merci à Béatrice et son mari Michele. Nous n''avions jamais reçu un tel accueil. Quelle sympathie ! Quel plaisir de recevoir des tas de conseils sur les environs, sur les fêtes organisées et d''y participer avec eux. L''endroit est merveilleux, plein de charme, calme, isolé mais proche d''une route qui nous mène rapidement dans les environs. L''île est très belle. Les lagons somptueux, valant ceux des caraïbes, les îles,... tout est merveilleux. Nous reviendrons certainement en Sardaigne, et l''endroit de notre séjour est déjà choisi, pas la peine de chercher ailleurs !!! Merci un million de fois, Béatrice et Michele !
