Schöne Wohnung in Meernähe

Überwiegend schöne Wohnung, gute Aufteilung, prima Bett, vollklimatisiert, in absoluter Meernähe. Schöne kleine Wohnanlage, sehr ruhig, guter Service. Sichere Umgebung, tolles Restaurant direkt vorne am Meer in 200 Meter Entfernung. Porto Pozzo hat das Nötigste, jedoch ziemlich verschlafenes Dörfchen. TV war nicht möglich, es kamen 90% arabische Programme, der Rest IT und FR. Satellit Hotbird. Lokale Verwaltung (Marta) war top, sehr nett und fürsorglich.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Schwächen

Es war alles wie in der Ausschreibung angegeben. Inzwischen war auch ein Fernsehgerät vorhanden. Allerdings keine deutschen Programme. Uns war das egal, wir wollten Urlaub machen und nicht fernsehen. Das Wlan funktionierte nach 9 Tagen auch. Wir waren in Italien. Kein Problem, bei dem Preis für das Wlan kann man auch die mobilen Daten verwenden. Ein echtes Manko ist das Zahlen mit Bargeld, da der Ort Porto Pozzo über keinen Bankomat verfügt. Wen das alles nicht stört, verbringt dort einen Traumu

ab Mitte September schon sehr ...

ab Mitte September schon sehr ruhig, ca.am 25.09.wurde die nächtliche Beleuchtung der Fußwege in der Anlage abgeschaltet, da es schon gegen 19:00 Uhr dunkel ist, sollte man aufpassen Reisetipps: viele Strände ausprobieren! Es sind sehr schöne dabei...mit teilweise echt unterschiedlichen Bedingungen: Sand in fein/grob, viel Wind/wenig Wind und zwischen hohen Wellen und keinen Wellen lagen bei uns nur 25 km, toll!

Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr g...

Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut.Der im Katalog ausgepriesene "freie Blick auf das Meer" ist in dieser Wohnung nicht vorhanden. Ein seitlicher Meerblick ist durch Bepflanzung (Höhe ca. 1,80m) auch nicht gegeben. Dieser Punkt war ein Hauptkriterium unserer Buchung.

APPARTAMENTO I MIRTI DI PORTO POZZO

La casa era carina e confortevole ma per l'importo pagato aveva due aspetti negativi: 1) Mancava la TV che però era presente negli altri appartamenti. 2) La lavatrice presentava nella parte frontale un'ampia area piena di ruggine rendendola molto vecchia e usurata.
