It was just as advertised and perfect for our party

Property was in great condition. Its location was perfect for walking to the various attractions. The various areas within the house was perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy each others company. The perfect house for a big group. We had 12 in our party. Definite 5 star property.

Perfect location in Watercolor

The House was just as advertised. Mark was extremely attentive to help in planning. It’s a beautiful house with space for everyone in a great location. I would definitely rent this house again for a big group.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful home near Camp Watercolor!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated home! Its location near Camp Watercolor was perfect for our family, and the golf cart provided was in excellent shape, making it easy to explore the Watercolor. The home had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly made it feel like our own. We had fun feeding turtles across the street, and the kids loved riding their bikes along the scenic trails right behind the house. Trips to the beach club, beach, and restaurants were effortless, and we were genuinely sad to leave, as it felt so much like home.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Watercolor Brushstrokes. The house was beautiful. It was very clean, well stocked and perfect for our family. When we arrived it was a breath of fresh air walking into this home knowing our stay was going to be comfortable and clean. Our girls loved the top floor, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a bit smaller than the pictures made it out to be but it was still nice to have for a dip, but not big enough for much more. It was nice having the indoor/outdoor living setup. We enjoyed sitting on the pool deck quite a bit and having the trail and privacy behind the house made for a peaceful spot for relaxing. The house is very close to Camp Watercolor which was fun and pretty close to the lake which was also nice for our family. The house is farther from the beach club than we thought it would be which made for more planning on our part on the days we went there because it wasn’t as easy to just pop back and forth. The beach and beach club were very crowded and loud. Not quite what we were expecting and you have to pay for chairs and an umbrella unless you want to be at the far back. Which was not ideal for kids since we couldn’t see them playing from so far back. However, we made it work and ended up having some nice beach days. Watercolor itself was not our favorite place. Way too crowded, and extra charges for everything. But overall, the house itself was nice and we would recommend for families.

Wonderful Home, Great Trip!

Our family had a great trip to Watercolor and love staying at this home. The location was ideal--walking distance to Camp Watercolor and the Great Lawn but far enough away you don't hear it all. Kids loved having the trails right behind us to bike all over and go into Seaside. The house itself was gorgeous and so nice to have open air and sunshine on three sides. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

Incredible house with everything you could possibly need! We had 14 in our group and had plenty of space for everyone. The third floor was perfect for older kids to have their own space. Beautiful trails right out the back door and super close to Camp Watercolor. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a fantastic week. The house was as advertised and so nice, with the pool, great beds, nice kitchen, the golf cart and the bikes. The location is awesome and the Watercolor amenities were so nice and convenient. Mark was so proactive and made sure check in and check out was smooth and communicated so very well before, during and after. Should we find ourselves in WaterColor again, we will be staying at this property 100%.
