***2 beach chairs & Umbrella setup daily March-October***Welcome to our luxury beach front home located on the white sand's of Seagrove Beach on 30A. Put your chair in the sand right at the water without having to fight for a space and being 3 umbrellas deep on the public beach access. Just minutes from either the popular Seaside or Rosemary Beach, our home is ideally situated for those who want both privacy and convenience. You will find local charm in the surrounding community, but our home provides modern, comfortable elegance. Home features Master suite with private balcony and oceanfront view, king sized bed, 2nd bedroom with private bath, king sized bed with 2 cozy bunks. Main level features open floor plan with additional oceanfront balcony, kitchen with quartz counter tops, and stainless appliances. Hardwood floors throughout with no carpet. Covered parking to keep your vehicle cool and out of the elements. No golf carts allowed on Walton Dunes grounds.

Beautiful family beach stay

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and everything was cozy. Hearing the waves at night as we fell asleep and walking right out to the beach in the morning was heaven.

Great Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, private, and easy access to the beach. This property is beautiful, comfortable & practical! The private beach access gate is a short walk from the unit. The decks are nicely set up to enjoy the ocean views. We really appreciated the quieter, family friendly location.

Wonderful weekend trip!

The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. Great Quiet Beach Retreat

Great location on the beach. Easy to get to and from the beach. If you are looking for a place to get away from the crowds this is a great place. Townhouse was nice and clean. We were able to see Dolphins from our balcony one morning. If we do another beach trip, I will definitely consider this place again.

Perfect Place!

My dad and I enjoyed our 1st vacay to the 30A area and a big part of it was this townhome! Everything from the property being newly renovated with well appointed quality furniture and appliances to the privacy of a quiet location and only a few steps to private beach access! Look forward to going back next year & 100% would stay here again. Thanks Jared for your food recommendations, our faves were The Perfect Pig (breakfast) & Old Florida Fish House (dinner).

Wonderful !

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Seagrove. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. Correspondence with the owner was very easy and always pleasant. The private beach was definitely a bonus, we never felt overwhelmed by the nearby crowds. Our family agreed, even our teen son, that this was one of our best beach trips! This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, perfectly functional, well stocked kitchen and tastefully decorated. I subtracted a star for overall rating bc traffic was unmanageable. Very nice water front stay.

This unit has a beautiful gulf view and a very nice walkway to the beach access. There is also a locked gate to the access so you also have a spot on the uncrowded beach. The unit is well appointed and done in light colors, which I like. The beds were very comfortable. With both an upper and lower deck you are assured a beautiful view of the ocean and its breeze every day. The deck also had great furniture to relax in. The owner/manager was kind and very easy to communicate with. There’s an amazing coffee shop and attached wine bar with a great outdoor area with water view quite nearby on 30A - the Beachy Bean. Only con is that housekeeping needs to spend more time on master shower. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

A wonderful week at the beach!

A very nice property in an excellent location. We would book again. The private beach is just gorgeous in this area, nice and flat and clean. The property has a very good but slightly obstructed view because of the orientation towards the beach gate. The photos are accurate. But the view from the master is perfection. Overall the property is very nice. Host was super responsive and helpful. Beds were very comfortable (but had thin polyester sheets) and kitchen was very nice and updated. Bathrooms and showers were excellent. Our only suggestions: with the rather hefty cleaning and security deposit fees, it would be nice to have hot pads (!) and more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, real cotton sheets rather than cheap microfiber, and some beach towels supplied. Also rugs could use cleaning, other than that it was very clean. Bring extra paper goods!! Bring your beach towels!!
