SUMMER PACE in Seagrove Beach is South of 30A (Beachside - No need to cross any roads), LESS THAN A MINUTE WALK to PRIVATE BEACH, with 12 Bedrooms, 6 Full Baths and 4 Half Baths and a PRIVATE POOL in a secure gated neighborhood.

SUMMER PACE is a beautiful large SINGLE FAMILY home (not a duplex) on the south side of 30A just steps to a peaceful private beach away from crowds. It is located in a small gated community with only a handful of homes ~ very private and secure. The Locked Gate is very special as it only allows guests who are vacationing in the Seashore Village neighborhood access to our beach which minimizes the crowds.

Summer Pace has a PRIVATE HEATED POOL, two kitchens with stainless appliances, several televisions throughout, outdoor BBQ and plenty of indoor/outdoor space to accommodate family reunions or large family & friend vacations. Just Perfect!

The kitchen table and large pool can easily accommodate 20+ guests. Summer Pace also has parking for 5-7 cars which is hard to find at the beach. Quick walk to local restaurants and bars. Cross #30-A to access miles of Hiking Trails. Short bike ride or drive to visit Seaside only 2 miles away & Rosemary Beach less than 6 miles to the east. Close to State Parks, Golf Courses, Marinas for added enjoyment. The local grocery store, Publix, is less than 2 miles but there is also a small convenience store & gas station within walking distance for last minute items.

GROUND (1st) FLOOR ~ The first floor features a 1/2 bath for easy use with pool, laundry room and private bedroom with king sized bed, TV & full bath with tub. So Ground Floor sleeps 2 guests in 1 Bedroom.

MAIN (2nd) FLOOR ~ The second floor has a large hallway, breakfast bar with seating for 10, dinette with seating for 4, two sliding patio doors leading out to deck overlooking the pool, two kitchens each with its own refrigerator, stove, microwave & sink, ice maker, family room with TV, adjacent TV Nook to hook-up video games and access to balcony, dining room with seating for 16 plus extra table for additional seating, and bedroom with a king-sized bed & full bath with tub & walk-in shower. So Main Floor sleeps 2 guests in 1 Bedroom.

TOP (3rd) FLOOR ~ The third floor is divided into two sides: Beachside (south) and North Breeze. BEACHSIDE has a queen-sized bedroom with TV that shares Jack-n-Jill full bath with full-sized bedroom with TV & balcony facing the Gulf. A king-sized bedroom with TV, and two twin-sized bedrooms with twin-sized bunks (sleeps 3 in each room) share full bath and half bath. So 3rd Floor Beachside sleeps 12 guests in 5 Bedrooms. The North Breeze side has a queen-sized bedroom with TV that shares Jack-n-Jill full bath with queen-sized bedroom with balcony with TV. A king-sized bedroom with TV, and two twin-sized bedrooms with twin-sized bunks (sleeps 3 in each room) share full bath and half bath. So 3rd Floor North Breeze side sleeps 12 guests in 5 Bedrooms.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS ~ Exclusive boardwalk just for Seashore Village guests. We provide several portable beach chairs for do-it-yourself use. Additional sets of heavy duty chairs and umbrellas may be rented from the beach chair service located directly on our beach for your convenience. (Check for availability off-season).

HEATED PRIVATE POOL large enough to accommodate plenty of guests. We have a gas grill with extra Propane tanks. Covered parking for 5-7 vehicles depending upon the size.

SUMMER PACE is located only 2 miles east of Seaside which makes it easy to pop over to shop or dine-out in that area but far enough away to avoid the crowds on the beach. Our home is near by Cafe 30A, Perfect Pig Restaurant and Eastern Lake, as well as The Hub which is a popular hangout. SUMMER PACE is also conveniently located to Rosemary Beach and its many shops, restaurants & farmer’s market only 6 miles to the east. If you want to go for a morning run or hike, just walk across #30-A to access miles of Hiking Trails.

Family Vacation

The home is beautiful and wonderful for a large family, with plenty of space for family dinners or gathering in the living room. The beach is private and you don’t have to cross any streets to get to it. Our family had a wonderful week!

Great location and property for a big group

If you're looking to just chill out and relax at the beach or pool with family and friends, this was a great location. Tons of community space, tons of beds for kids and tons of stocked stuff in the kitchen.

50th Birthday Celebration.

We had 12 couples (24) adults all stay for a quick Birthday getaway. House worked out great, location, restrooms, bedrooms with multiple kitchen areas. Family Vacation

We have been vacationing for years with our growing family. This property was the perfect fit with 12 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, large living room, great pool and plenty of parking. The beach was beautiful with clear water and space away from crowds.

Great Fall Beach Vacation!

This house was great! It is so close to the beach and comes with everything you would need for a beach trip. It was nice not having to travel with all the beach toys and chairs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again!

Bella Breeze has it all!

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house! The age range of our vacationers was age 3-83 and we were 18 people. We love the facts that the house has easy access to the beach without having to cross any roads, it has its own pool, there are individual bunk rooms with access to 1/2 bathrooms as well as master suites, there are two kitchens, a large family room, a wonderful long table so we could all sit together, plenty of kitchen supplies, and last but not least- there is an ice maker! We hope to return again.

Great Location

The size and location of the property are excellent for a family with children. I feel the floors needed to be cleaned. Our bare feet were black. The Crockpot needs replacing and an ice cream scooper added. Otherwise nice vacation home.

Family trip celebrating my husband’s retirement

The location was fantastic. Great access to the beach. The pool was great. Kids loved playing there when not at the beach. The house was spacious with plenty of beds and gathering spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, cooking tools but needs to be reorganized. Had to search at times. Probably because people put things away randomly. We were not provided with many trash bags, only 1roll of paper towels, only 2 dish towels for 2 kitchens and no dish cloths to last a week. We had to buy those items. Other than that, we loved it.

Perfect Place for Large Group

Perfect home for the four families from gathering together for our annual family reunion. Each of the 11 bdrms had just the right bedding configurations and there was no wait for bathrooms. Also, rhe double kitchen was excellent as we cooked meals for the 28 of us daily and had plenty of beverages refrigerated for those hot summer days. The dining room table was absolutely awesome: everyone had a place to sit for all meals and to play cards/board games. The living room and bonus tv room next to it couldn’t be more ideal to let all of us relax and kick up our feet at the end of our days. As if this wasn’t enough, the beach access was super ideal, the private shoreline was stupendous, and the rinse off and pool when we returned to the home were perfect. We will DEFINITELY return to this home next year!!

Great home for big family

We loved this property. We were celebrating my dad’s 90th birthday with our family if 24: his kids and spouses, grandkids and spouses, and a few great grandkids. The 12 bedrooms and private pool worked great for our needs and we appreciated all of the pool noodles and beach toys. We rented extra bikes but it was nice that the property had a few as well. The two kitchens and large dining tables and were well equipped for a crowd. The only issue we had was with.air conditioning but when we called the management company was there immediately and resolved it. The property was within walking distance to Cafe 30A and Goatfeathers fish market. We recommend it highly!

SRB Family Vaca 2024

Our recent stay at Bella Breeze was nothing short of spectacular. Accommodating 23 family members spanning from 7 months to 73 years old, we were thrilled to find ample space for everyone. The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our vacation. One of the standout features was the sheer abundance of kitchen supplies available - it surpassed anything we've ever seen in a vacation rental before. This made meal preparation for our large group a breeze, and we were able to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals together. The location of the house was another highlight. A short and easy walk to the private beach meant that we could effortlessly spend our days by the ocean, building sandcastles and soaking up the sun. It was incredibly convenient, especially with young children in tow. Moreover, the management team's quick response to a minor maintenance issue was impressive. They promptly resolved the matter, ensuring that our comfort was never compromised throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time at this house and are already planning our return. It catered perfectly to our large and diverse family, providing comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in abundance. We highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable family getaway.

Rough Start Great Stay

Our stay did not start out well as the cleaning crew was not done when we got there. We were unable to get in until one hour and twenty minutes after our allotted check in time. We had to stay outside in the heat with elderly grandmothers, an 8 month old, 1 year old, and 2 year old. While we did receive response from the property manager, it was quite some time after this occurred and we were only offered an “I’m sorry.” Then once we got in, it was not overly clean as we found items from the previous renters there like toys, a balloon, and trash still in various locations. While I understand things come up that are unforeseen, we were not offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. We simply got a “sorry”. All of that being said, the house was a great size and a great location! We did love being so close to the beach and having a pool. We had a wonderful time and so it was a great ending to a rough start.

Beautiful, Big House Close to the Beach!

We have a large, extended family of 30 and the house was perfect for us! It is getting more and more difficult to find a house that we can stay in comfortably and this one was perfect. The two kitchens really helped out as different families took turns with the meals. The large dining table on one side and the huge family room with plenty of couch seating on the other side was a well thought out design for the house. Some nights we hung out at the pool and socialized while other nights we hung out in the large family room. We had ages from 80 years old to a a 6 week old and the house suited everyone perfectly. We were fortunate that there was a gaming room to satisfy the middle schoolers while the adults were able to talk and watch movies in the adjoining family room. While there were no closets in the bedrooms and some bedrooms were small, there was ample room in the areas outside of the bedrooms where there were dressers and floor space/benches. This house was made for a lot of people. The beach was a short walk that was not too strenuous for my 80 year old mother and it was beautiful. There were umbrellas and chairs set up in the morning on the beach that you could reserve/rent if you wanted to. We would squeeze our own chairs in between the set up ones but we managed to find space for our large crowd. One day my niece set up a little down the shore and was corrected by a resident that she was in the wrong place. We eventually figured the beach system out. It was a wonderful stay!! I totally recommend this house!!

Our home away for 20 odd years. We had a great time as usual. The thing we like the most is that it doesn't change much. The working bikes (2) were a welcome addition. I would suggest you subscribe to an Internet TV like Youtube TV and scrap cable. So far I have not been able to reserve for next summer.
