Picture perfect property, nicely furnished, quiet location making for a lovely Mother’s Day getaway. Having the option to stay onsite to enjoy the pool and aged landscape felt like a sanctuary all by itself. Being able to grab food & access to bathroom at anytime was a great option to going to the beach. Easy walk to the Seaside square, although I told my daughter it would have been nice to have a bike for quick trips. Would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
The location is great! The property needed major upgrades. The sliding door was awful. One bed had lots of sand in it. The light in the master bathroom didn’t work. The kids bathroom had mold.
Location was great. Having the fridge not working the entire trip was not ideal. They replaced it with a dorm size fridge and did not respond to multiple messages.

Spring Break Stay
Overall we had a relatively positive experience at this property. The layout and yard was nice, but really needs some updates and TLC as the home is bit weathered and run down in some aspects. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your home. Very basic , but the amount of space was very appropriate for our family of 3. Proximity to beach was great, but next to a main road which brings road noise. Additionally the construction of a massive home nearby wasn't conducive to chilling by the pool unfortunately with chronic saws and nail guns all day. This home does have potential with it's proximity to beach and Seaside.
House has all the necessities and is a great location between beach and Publix, near 30a and sea grove market and beach access. It has dated aesthetics but is open and comfortable. The bathtub/shower is pretty tight (my husband is 6’4”) and we didn’t have much hot water; and it could use some easy upgrades, such as some light bulbs that were out and old stained shower curtains. The pool did not look super clean and had a lot of debris from the tree overhang. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the basics. We enjoyed our stay.

Not well suited for families with very young children
Loved it! But would not recommend for small children (esp toddlers) —Doors leading to Outside are easy for them to open (scary with the pool). No toddler friendly furniture options for eating, sleeping. Boosters would not work on dining chairs. Kids rooms are close to front door that has no deadbolt and our 1 and 2 year old could easily open this door. Overall beautiful home, clean environment. We just were not prepared for the possibility of escaping littles.
Property was beautiful minus a few things: pool needs to be cleaned, full of algae, the ladder to the kids bunk doesn’t fit just right, could be a hazard for small children, the bedroom in the front of the house stayed hot the entire time while the rest of the house cooled properly. Take your own grilling utensils bc all they have are plastic. The welcome email stated they will provide one roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of tissue per bathroom, dish detergent and laundry detergent, we had none of that which caused a second trip to the store with 5 children. Lights by the pool don’t work either. Other than that, beautiful house, nice neighborhood with cul de sac. Literally 2 minutes from the beach!

Great vacation rental for families
I would highly recommend this rental. Key attributes: (1) No surprises, the house and amenities were exactly as pictured (2) The property was clean and well appointed (3) Having a private pool was great with kids (4) Communication and service with property management was great.
My husband, son (age 8) and I stayed at this house for our vacation in late April. The weather was beautiful! We loved the private pool and outside area. There was an option to have the pool heated but I opted out of that. We lucked out that the pool had been heated the week before so it started out warm and then gradually got colder. If you're on the fence, probably best to get it heated. The back yard felt private because of the fence and lush trees which also provided partial shade. There was some road noise. The house was on a dead end street that made us feel safe. We rented bikes and would recommend that to others based on the distance to downtown Seaside. It's the perfect distance to bike to grab a meal, go to the beach or go shopping, but might feel a little bit long to walk into town each time. The public beach access was very close and was easy for us to ride our bikes to. The house was also a convenient distance to the local Publix grocery store.
The property management company did a nice job with communication. They sent out text messages and emails before, during and after our stay. We did put in one maintenance request to have the propane tank filled for the gas grill. They were responsive and made the replacement quickly. They also had regular pool maintenance (once while we were there) to clean the pool and make sure that everything was working properly. Even though this house is older than many others we looked at, it had all of the amenities, had a bigger yard area, was clean and would be great for a family to enjoy!

Great House, Noisy Backyard
The house itself is fantastic, but be aware that the backyard directly borders a loud and busy street. This might not be a problem if you plan to spend most of your days at the beach, which is conveniently just a short walk away. However, if you're looking forward to relaxing by the pool or enjoying the backyard during the day, you'll likely hear a lot of traffic noise, including loud trucks.

Nice spring break
Had a nice spring break stay. We had everything we needed and the home is in great shape. Everything in the home is so cozy and comfortable. The home is in the perfect location for our family and I’d be happy to return.
Only problem we had was with the pool pump making a high pitch noise. We paid to have the pool heated but to enjoy the heat we had to run the pump but you couldn’t sit outside with the pump running and talk without hollering or cranking the music up. Hope that’s repaired soon because the home really was wonderful otherwise. : )

Labor Day trip
I liked the style of the house. It was roomie and spread out nicely. The floors were new and clean, and I loved the backyard. Had a pool and eating area with grill and a fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the staff was timely with my questions. The negative was for appearing to be so modern and updated. It was a little rundown. Some of the furniture was torn or musty or damaged, rusted, faded cushions and the water in the pool was very clean, but the bottom of the pool was not. The back sliding door is broken. Could’ve used newer towels and throw blankets. TVs were good. No hand soap provided. Also, the property backs right up to main road so you hear a lot of cars, loud music emergency services, but it was not loud inside the house and if you were just at the pool hanging out with music, it didn’t really bother us at all, but it might bother someone. Very close to the beach and restaurants we were able to walk. It was only eight minutes. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves!
