Located in lovely, quiet Dune Allen Beach, this old Florida family beach cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is just steps away from the beach.

After spending all day playing on the white, sandy shores of the Gulf, you’ll love coming back to this cottage, and reveling in one of our world-famous sunsets from the expansive deck. For dinner, gather family and friends around the super-sized island in the kitchen for making fresh homemade pizzas or fish tacos. This home’s open floor plan demands togetherness! You’ll cherish the memories made here.

Looking for a night out? Stinky’s Fish Camp is .5 mile west on 30A and serves some of the best seafood on the beach. Gulf Place Town Center only 1.1 miles east on 30A offers a variety of locally owned restaurants, boutiques, shops, and art, too! You and your family will simply love the convenience of this quaint and quintessential beach cottage, and we’ll see you back again next year!

Needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Patio furniture so rusted you couldnt use it. Chairs broken at Island. Blinds didnt work properly. Underneath house was littered. Weeds and brush at the entrance. It could be a great house, just needs some updating and cleaning. also steps arent good for seniors. You may not want to use this, I dont blame you.
