Great hide and seek house.

Wonderful Labor Day weekend

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend at Dune Drifter! Perfect location. Short walk to beach. Perfect size pool for 4 kids. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the 2nd floor balcony. The beach area wasn’t too crowded like those around us.

Great house

The location of this property is ideal! You are right in the middle of all the towns and the beach is literally steps from your front door. Amanda is a great property manager and is very responsive. They are well prepared for kids with baby gates, pack n play and sand toys. We had a great trip and highly recommend this beach house.

Just the Best Place

We had a great time at this house and everything about it was spectacular. It was great to have the pool so that once the little ones had enough of the beach you could put them down for a nap and hang by the pool. Property manager was very responsive and everything was effortless and just what we needed. The bunk room was a big hit with the kids. Cant wait to go back!

Seagrove Vacation

Property was very nice and suited our needs well. Beach area was much busier than expected. Publix was crazy busy. Glad we planned ahead and brought most food we needed with us. Restaurants were very busy as well. Cooked in or carried in.

Best Beach House Ever

This property was amazing. Location to Beach and restaurants and shops is perfect. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean from top balcony. The best this about this house is how well it is stocked. The Kitchen had all the pots, pans, cookie sheets, pyrex and utensils you could ask for. They also had crockpots (2) and a griddle!! Beach chairs are clean and like new. They have boogie boards too. Just an overall great stay, no issues at all.

Vacationing During the Time of Covid

This arrangement was perfect for our needs. The beach was private and the home with pool was private. The chairs and umbrella assigned to us on the beach was a great way to define your group's space. We set up camp with additional chairs and umbrellas from the house. Very accessible to beach. Kitchen was well equipped. I hope we can come back next year!

What can I say!? Home is amazing and location is even better. I am 100% satisfied. Amanda the property manager was also great. Would of been great if the pool was heated but aside from that you won’t be troubled at all.

Perfect beach getaway

We have been going to 30A for the past 20 years and have seen it grow and change. We loved the location of this house and how nice it was inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious for our group of 10. I would’ve liked to have been directly on the beach but this house is so close that you almost don’t notice that it’s not. This house had one of the most equipped kitchens we have stayed in which was a nice surprise. The private beach was quiet and away from the crowds. All in all it was a great week at the beach.

Great House Seaside Florida

We had our first family vacation in this wonderful home in July 2022. We had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 4, 3, 2). We had family traveling from Oklahoma to join us and the Fort Walton airport was only an hour away. The house was great for all of us …the only thing lacking was a table big enough for all of us to gather around…however, with the bar seating, we made it work. Having our own pool was a definite plus and the walkway to the beach was so convenient! Amanda was GREAT to work with and was very prompt in answering our questions!!

Perfect house, just steps from the beach!

We were parents, grown kids, and two toddlers. Three Comfortable king size beds, two levels apart was perfect for us and the little ones. The kitchen was great and the half bath on the 2nd floor/living area was handy for the toddlers. The kids enjoyed the beach toys stored near the pool and the pool was a great place to cool off from the sun. Thoroughly enjoyed it and the local restaurants. Angela answered all of our questions promptly and provided baby gates and a booster seat. The A/C was very robust for all 3 floors. Thanks for a great time!

Outstanding Experience

We had a wonderful family reunion and this house, its location, and its amenities made it all possible. Everything was provided and the communications ahead of our arrival ensured us that everything had been taken care of. The house is beautiful, spotless, and fully accommodated our group of 12. They even had a pack-n-play for the baby. The pool was so convenient, but we enjoyed the beach the most and renting the chairs and umbrellas made it so easy to just walk to the beach and sit down. All in all, it was fantastic. Thanks.

Great beach house!

Super close to the beach. The place had everything you could want. There was plenty of room for lots of people. The cosuins all slept in the bunkroom together. The pool was great sized for young kids in our party. They had blankets, books, beach toys, sunscreen, ice maker in the fridge. The place was very clean with complementary toiletries in every bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out and have a great time. Beach area was private and pristine. A local guy brought over beach chairs and paddle boards for us to use with the property. Tons of great restaurants close by and way less crowded than Destin was when we went over there for a bit. An awesome vacation with this house as the centerpiece.

Very nice house!

We enjoyed this house a lot! Perfect for our multi generational group! They have everything you need in a kitchen! We enjoyed the pool everytime we came in from the beach! Very quick walk to the beach and enjoyed our free umbrella/chair set up everyday! Would love to see more hooks right inside coming from the pool for towels and and some of the bathrooms could use more hooks to hang wet towels and suits. Overall enjoyed this property! We used an app called Shipt to have groceries delivered from Publix and one night used s service called Pronto30a who delivered food to us! Check them out! Thanks!

Sun and fun at Dune Drifter

Dune Drifter was the perfect getaway for our family of eleven. Each couple had their own room with king bed and private bath. The kids loved the bunk room which also had it’s own bathroom. All rooms and bathrooms had nice linens and towels. The kitchen Is well stocked, the large countertop was handy. The living room and kitchen provided plenty of seating. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with the gorgeous water view. The beach service set up 2 chairs and umbrella everyday and the house had additional chairs and beach toys. The stairs to the beach were no problem for grandkids or grandparents. The pool was fun to come back to after a day on the beach. The house is well appointed and decorated nicely. We would stay there again, nice uncrowded family area.

Amazing house and location

This house is exactly as advertised!! Master sweets were great open style kitchen and living with windows. The balcony on the second floor has views to the oceans as well as the third. One thing we really enjoyed was the small drink fridge right inside the door to the pool. We have been to this area many times and this house is our favorite to date. Amanda was super helpful and made sure we had what we needed. She even made sure we made it. I will definitely try to her properties again. It is a short drive or bike ride to Sea Side and there are restaurants across the street. This is a gated community so if you have small kids it was very safe. We had our own beach area for the community and we also had our own pool. As you can tell we had a great time and plan to return!!

July 2019 stay

The house was laid out very strange. On the first floor you could barely walk in the door because of such a tight space. Parking for four cars is an exaggeration! The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The furniture inside the house was nice. The ac on the third floor had one room freezing while other was warm. The pool area needs major work. There were weeds and ant hills everywhere! The pool needs to be resurfaced. Also, The gate to get into the neighborhood was broken several times. The house was in good proximity to the beach, shopping, and Restaraunts. We did have a nice time there but for the price we have stayed in much nicer homes on 30-A. We will not be returning to this one.

Great Family Beach Vacation!

We were a group of 10, six adults, four children ten and under. Each of the adult couples had a room and bath to themselves. The four kids stayed in the bunk bed room. It is really one big room with two sets of bunkbeds and two twin beds built into the wall. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, coffeemaker and microwave oven. The side freezer/fridge was roomy and the ice maker kept up with normal consumption. The washer is huge, but dryer was a little slow with heavy beach towels, I would advise using thinner beach towels and washing and drying more frequently. The beach is very close, but there are multiple stairs to climb, so our wagon was useless. The only flaw is that there are warped stairs to the upper level, and they are dangerous. On three occasions I tripped on them, and I think they need to be repaired. Overall, the house was great, and as pictured.

Great location and space

We had a great time during our stay! The property was clean and check in and our was a breeze. Communication with owners was easy. Only two complaints about the property. 1) There is no alarm on the door that goes out to the pool (however, there is a higher deadbolt lock on this door). And there are two doors that go outside that have no locks that are high which means kids can unlock them easily and there is no alarms. One is even in a bedroom and it goes directly outside. Big safety concern for families with small children. I think could be an easy fix for owners that would be greatly appreciated by families. 2) There is no pool heater. I know this is a big expense but we would have easily paid to had the pool heated during our stay. We came during late March and we couldn’t use the pool at all and had some cool days where we couldn’t comfortably go to the beach either so was disappointing to have no option for heating the pool. Besides those two concerns everything else was great and is a nice property in a prime location!
