Paradise awaits you at this amazing beachfront home. This home is literally on the sugar sand beach and only steps to the Gulf of America. It is perfect for your family's next beach vacation or reunion. Located within the very PRIVATE beach community of Gulf Trace at Grayton Beach. This home boasts gorgeous views of the Gulf of America from every room in the house. Beach chair service is included March 1- October 1.

This spacious home offers 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. The new improved back deck is perfect for relaxing and taking in the views with private beach access. Relax and kick your feet up on the multiple Adirondack chairs. Three levels of decking provide you with panoramic views of the ocean for enjoying sunrises or sunsets and everything in between.

This unique home offers beautiful views of the Gulf from every room of the house. The open concept floor plan allows you to enjoy the beach view while enjoying your family or relaxing and watching TV in the evenings. The large dining table, which seats 12, overlooks the gulf and the counter bar provides additional seating for six. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances to accommodate the most discerning chef. The coffee and wine bar include a beverage refrigerator, ice maker and warming drawer. Separate induction cooking stations make food preparation a breeze. The screened in portion of the deck from the kitchen allows for additional seating and Al Fresco dining with a large table for 8.

The second floor loft has another living area perfect for watching winter sunsets or just enjoying unobstructed ocean views. Our favorite place for reading or ocean/star gazing. The sofa sectional easily converts supplying two additional twin beds.

Main level:

Bedroom 1: Downstairs master is in the southeast corner suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper, as well as en suite bath with walk in shower. This bedroom has access to the outside deck through French doors.

Bedroom 2:

Two queen beds and is in the northeast corner of the house with en suite tub bath.

Bedroom 3:

Queen size bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower that has grab bars as well as grab bar on the commode. Handicap/Elderly friendly.

Second floor:

Bedroom 4:

The upper level, southeast side bedroom, features a king bed with Gulf views and access to the deck via French doors. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the bunk room.

Bedroom 5:

The bunk room, upper northeast bedroom, has four extra-long twin beds equipped with individual reading lights. There is a DVD player with this flat screen TV so children can enjoy movies in their room.

Bedroom 6:

The grand master suite encompasses the west side of the second floor and includes a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, as well as large en suite bath with his and her vanities and a mirrored vanity table. The bath includes a large air-jet tub and double showers and the spacious dressing area contains built in dressers, clothing rods and a small safe. The deck can be accessed through french doors as well.

All of the bedrooms feature bath access as well as flat screen TVs with smart TVs in the upper master suites.

A powder bath is tucked down the hall and around the corner from the main living space.

** We have currently implemented Covid-19 extra cleaning measures. The cleaning fee has been raised to reflect the staffs extra efforts. High touch surface will be disinfected such as light switches door handles and and railings. There will be one case of toilet paper provided at this time as well as two extra rolls of paper towel. The local Publix seems to be running low on these items. Beach chair service is provided for 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas.

GOLF cart rentals are NOT allowed by our HOA.

We do have 4 security cameras on the property. Cameras monitor front door and entry, front driveway, back porch entry and lower deck. There is a camera on the back stairs to monitor the beach water levels. Cameras are viewed on change over days and cleaning days. We only check footage on change over days to be sure our cleaning crew and guests arrive and depart in a timely fashion.

Wonderful house for gathering with friends & family! The location was perfect and the house very functional, from the large table for dining to the multi level decks! Very nice it was a private beach with beach chair service! The kitchen was well stocked and the built in ice machine was ideal!

Amazing location!!

Perfect spot for our annual family beach vacation! We loved the outdoor spaces and the kitchen! The proximity to the beach/ ocean was fantastic and felt very secluded. The kids/dads caught 9 pompano fish, casting from the beach out front.. a dream for them!! Added bonuses were the beach toys and chair/ umbrella setups!! We loved it all!!

Great Beach Vacation

This was our 4th or 5th time to stay here and each gets better. Location and house are perfect for our family and owner has upgraded house through the years. Beach was closed a couple of days due to dangerous undertow but lots to do in area. Beach chair set up each day was a nice benefit. We hope to return again.

Wonderful family house

This house, right on the beach, was perfect for our group of 11 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen tools, pots and pans, cutting boards, etc. And it was a huge plus to have 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas set up in front of the house every morning. We loved our stay at Seas the Day!

Spring break

We had multiple families for spring break with kids ranging in age from 15 - 18 years old. The kitchen is well accommodated and the view is breathtaking! Living on the ocean for a week was incredible. They had beach chair service everyday. Grayton Beach is a fantastic little town which was gratefully less crowded then Seaside. I would go back again!

Beautiful location

Only thing I would recommend is that the cleaning crew clean insides of windows. We had such a spectacular view but after 1 day I cleaned the dining area windows so we could enjoy seeing out better. We had small grandkids and the back porch had some repair work needed

Beautiful House on the Beach

This house was just as advertised. Very clean. Had all the amenities with a kitchen full of everything we needed. A pleasant surprise were the the chairs and umbrellas set up in the sand each morning and put away each evening. Short walk along the beach to Grayton and several restaurants and a brewery. When we first arrived, the wifi wasn't working. However, a technician was sent out, replaced the modem, and we we had wifi.

A 10/10 🏠 Home!!

We took our immediate family ( 6 of us) , our 7month old granddaughter and my mom. My aunt and uncle came for a few days too. We rented an electric beach wheelchair for my mom - that made all the difference and she had the time of her life. This home is wonderful! Having so many balconies was a treat. We also didn’t realize we would have beach service daily !! That was fantastic! Kara ( homeowner) was quick to respond to any questions I had. I loved this home and so did my family !

Family Weekend

Property was perfect for 5 adult couples and 1 toddler. Beach access couldn’t have been better. Found the house to have great sound proofing as with so many people you should have heard more noise. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, glasses, silverware etc. Stove top a little odd in that 2 burners on one side of an extremely large sink and 2 on other side. That was a little inconvenient. Owner quick to respond and answers all questions. All in all we would come back to same house. Thank you.

Perfect house ever!

Our vacation sadly started with a hurricane but ended with the most beautiful rainbow! We still had the best week. The house is perfect. Everything you would even need and more provided. Due to Covid, we never left the house once we arrived. Groceries were picked up and the rest of our week was spent with family time. Kara is the best realtor we've ever rented from.. Quick response on every question and so personable.. The location is perfect and the beach was just steps away from the house making it so easy with small ones. Thanks again for such a great week! We will be back!

Lovely Place

We had a great experience with this rental. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach setup service was great to have with umbrellas and chairs. Kitchen was stocked and made cooking very easy. Loved the big porch and all of the furniture. Just a short walk to shore. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will be back.

Great House, Great Location!

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! The neighborhood was peaceful and the beach was never crowded which made for a relaxing vacation. If we wanted to go to the restaurants in Grayton Beach it was an easy walk along the beach. Although most nights we cooked our dinner and the kitchen was well stocked and great for that! We also loved the layout of the house. We have a daughter in a wheelchair so it was really nice to have some bedrooms on the main living floor. Thank you for sharing your home!

Another great stay

This was our second Thanksgiving at this beautiful home and it may be our favorite house of the dozen or so we've stayed in over the past 25 years. There are many spots - inside and outside - to enjoy the most gorgeous beach, the sunrise and the sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped for many of us to prepare and share a Thanksgiving meal. There are many comfortable common areas to be together but lots of space for privacy too. We had a couple of questions for the homeowner during the week and she was easy to reach and very accomodating. We'd highly recommend this house for a family or group getaway and would gladly go back again.

Family Time

We had a fun relaxing family week, even with hurricane Helene. Location on the beach, quite & close to town. Kitchen was amazing for our family to get lots of fresh seafood and cook amazing meals. We can't wait to return & make more great family memories!

Location, Location

We have been traveling to 30A area for over 25 years, and this was one of the best locations we've ever stayed. We loved how the house is nestled between the dunes of the state park areas. Simply beautiful! The large porch area easily accommodated our large group of 12, and the views were amazing. We also loved all being able to fit at the large dining table. The owner was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions. The beach service was wonderful, and the beach was not overly crowded. We truly enjoyed our time at Seas the Day, and would love to visit again in the future.
