Welcome to Casa Muditā, a newly built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Nestled just south of Scenic Highway 30A, this home offers the perfect mix of coastal fun and peaceful lakeside living.

Directly across the street, a family-friendly park features charcoal grills, a fishing dock, and access to Eastern Lake—one of 30A’s most beautiful coastal dune lakes. Guests can kayak, fish, or even paddle board directly from the lake out to the Gulf (a paddle board is included with your stay!).

The community pool is just outside the front door along a short walking path, making it easy to cool off after the beach.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Such a great space and great location. We’ve been going down to 30A for twenty years and have stayed all over but this was our favorite area, it’s quiet and not too crowded but still close enough to everything. Loved the golf cart and paddle board and was nice to have some beach gear available. House had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. We will be back!
