Enjoy a private fenced backyard and access to the community resort-style pool (heated in winter). The home includes an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Optional bikes and a golf cart make exploring Scenic 30A effortless, while beach chair and umbrella setups, bonfires, and concierge services add convenience. Located just steps from the beach and minutes from Seaside, WaterColor, and 30A dining, shopping, and attractions.
