Modern Studio Apartment., Sleeps 4, Steps to the Beach!

  • A modern above garage studio apartment, located just 1.5 blocks from beautiful South Walton beaches. Walk up the stairs to a private patio & entrance into a kitchen with full fridge, stovetop, & coffee station. Large living area with wall separating sleeping area with king size bed. Two Flat screen TVs with wifi, HBO, & Netflix are in each area. Couch in living area also a queen size sleeper. Full separate bath with large shower & vanity rounds out the space. Parking available for 2 cars if parked behind one another. Also provided is a heated outdoor shower for rinsing sand upon returning from the beaches.
