A beautiful listing with a relaxing private pool and comfortable sleeping for 12 in the quiet Blue Mountain area.
"Coral Reef" is just a short walk (no golf carts needed) to two beach accesses and the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast. With plenty of shopping and restaurants, you have everything you need for this oasis stay. Kids and parents will enjoy frozen treats at Blue Mountain Creamery just around the corner. If you want to venture out, "Coral Reef" is just a short drive to Destin, Seaside, or PC Beach. Enjoy the activity, but return to peaceful Blue Mountain Beach for a relaxing getaway. The First Floor features Bedroom #1 with one full and one twin bed in a fun nautical theme. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

The open living space on the first floor is newly furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with lots of windows, providing beautiful natural light throughout.
The Laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Second Floor--#2 Master Bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, Gulf view.
#3 Bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bathroom and access to the wrap-around porch.

Third Floor--#4 Bedroom has one Queen bed and a private bath. Enjoy beautiful gulf views from the third-floor private deck.

Carriage House--#5 Bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. The carriage house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

All bedrooms in the main house open up onto the porch.

The pristine pool is surrounded by a large private area perfect for entertaining friends and family. A private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is soothing after a long day at the beach. The pool can be heated for a fee of $25 a day or $175 a week. Please contact the owner if you are interested in having the pool heated. The pool size is 20 ft by 13 ft. and 5 feet deep.

We had the best stay in your beautiful home! We loved having the extra kitchen in the carriage house and the extra fridge. The pool area was incredible! It was such an easy walk to the beach too!

We really enjoyed the space - enough for the 12 of us. Good seating areas. The pool was excellent and put to good use due to the beach flags. Short distance from the public beach access. Lovely time spent with family.Some of the beds are showing

Perfect place!

This was a lovely visit! The house was adequately equipped and had plenty of space for the kids to play outside, and a very short walk to the beach. We would love to come back again!

Great location, perfect for our group of families. We had a handful of young children, so pool house was excellent for our childfree couple. Pool and outdoor area were popular among all. Very easy walk to beach.

Great stay

Despite the rain and red flags during our entire stay we had a great time! Cute and clean property. Easy check in. Perfect location. Could use some updates to the kitchen and patio area but doesn’t deter from the experience. We had a great stay! Would definitely book again with this property.

Great Mini Vacay

We had stayed in the Blue Mountain Beach area before so we knew we liked the area. The house was great and could have accommodated more guests than we had pretty comfortably. We liked the backyard pool area and spent some afternoon/evening time hanging out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to someone else.

Great house, great price

The location was great regarding proximity to beach and of course the pool. The area is relaxing and is within 25 min of nore happening things. I would stay again with my only concern being we saw a property owner along the beach have the police remove someone from the beach area directly in front of their house.

Beautiful house close to beach

Had a wonderful stay here! Four couples, 3 small children, loved being so close to the beautiful beach. House was well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. The outdoor pool and patio were plenty big for our group and enjoyed by all. We had all our meals at the covered picnic table. My wife and I (the grandparents) enjoyed our private retreat in the carriage house. Highly recommended!

Great stay with family and friends

This was our second visit to Coral Reef. We love this property! Blue Mountain is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping without the congestion of some of the other areas on 30A. The property is beautiful and well appointed. Everything you could need for traveling with family and/or friends. We plan to continue our tradition of Fall at Coral Reef again next year - very pleased with our stay!

Beautiful Coral Reef

I can’t give enough praise to this beautiful property! It was extremely clean, was better supplied than any property we have rented before, and the pool and beach access were wonderful and convenient (2 blocks to the beach!)The owner was very responsive to any questions I had, and Julie, the property manager was in touch from the beginning and very, very helpful! Our extended family of 10 had the most wonderful time at this property!

A gem

Everything about this place was wonderful! Rhetta was timely on answering questions before our arrival. Julie was great about answering a few questions while we were there. Pool was heated to a very comfortable temp. The heated outdoor shower was great to get sand off. The house was very clean! We found how difficult it is to keep a beach house clean with all the sand and had a new appreciation of how clean the house was when we arrived. The walk to the beach and ice cream shop is very close. We walked to rent bikes and rode around for 2 days. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Perfect location

The property is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and down a quiet road. It’s also close to the Creamery and other great restaurants. Plenty of pool toys and chairs were made available. The pool area was wonderful and key to an awesome Florida vacation. The pool area was shaded for most of the afternoon which was nice when a break from the sun was needed. Beautiful views from the top patio. More refrigerator space in the main house would really be the main concern when spending a week vacation at one location with a large group. Overall, wonderful property.

We loved the house, amenities, and location!

The property needs a little TLC. We had AC issues the first night, sewage issues the rest of the stay. It was not enjoyable to sit out by the pool because of the smell. The property manager is very responsive and offered to have the sewage fixed, but it required digging and workers during our stay. We opted for them to wait. Needs a few updates in toilets and kitchen sink faucet, caulking in kitchen. Cleaning in over the garage room has been neglected. Anything you need the property manager will take care of, though. We would stay again.

Great place for the holidays

The property was great - fit all of our families needs and then some. We has 2 mixed families with adult children who loved the proximity of the beach as well as the walking paths in the area. Bedrooms were great and private as well as the swimming pool and backyard. Wished kitchen was bigger, because when you have 4 people trying to cook it is a struggle. Also I realize covid is present, but would have liked to save some of the grocery items we did not use to allow the next family not to have to purchase same items. Also was surprised to know that there were no additional cleaning supplies available to use, we had to purchase those ourselves. Examples are toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, as well as disinfectant wipes. Communication was great with care taker and owner prior to arrival. Over all it was a great get-away for our families for the holidays. We would all stay there again.

AMAZING !

What a wonderful location and property. Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Paper products provided. Pool and beach toys plentiful. Julie was our contact person and she was always on the ball and helped us tremendously. A huge shout out to property owner for allowing us to use their property and their great cleaning crew. We walked to the beach every day sometimes twice a day. We walked to ice cream shop everyday. Quiet street. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Appreciated the use of your games, puzzles and books.TVs for everyone to watch their own shows. Loved the quiet white sandy beach that went on for miles. Will definitely return. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to be separate but together. We ranged in age from 68 to 4. Safe quiet place to take a young family. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful End Of Summer Vacation

Blue mountain beach vacation 2025

Our family vacation at Coral Reef was great. The property was located just a short walk to the beach and so close to the Creamery, we had to get ice cream every night. We had nine people and everyone had plenty of space. I highly recommend this lovely home.
