This beautiful beachfront home, located in the gated Vizcaya community, is complete with spectacular views. Las Brisas is a Mediterranean style home in Dune Allen Beach, known for it's un-crowded beaches and sparkling white sand. Vizcaya boasts a security gate, beach chair service and heated pool with showers.

This immaculate, spacious three story home features 4 bedrooms each with it's own bath. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, kitchen, dining and half bath on the main floor and spectacular master suite with vaulted ceiling and stunning views on the top floor making privacy a priority.

Dune Allen is only 10 minutes from Seaside, and 20 minutes from Destin and Panama City both featuring outlet shopping as well as amusement parks and many other activities. In Dune Allen you will find many entertainment options as well as shopping and fine dining.

Whether taking advantage of what the area has to offer or kicking back and enjoying the sand and sun, your vacation will be one to remember.

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing week stay at Las Brisas. The property was as advertised and well appointed with the essentials we needed. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the neighborhood/private beach access (2 houses down!) and an equally short walk to the community pool. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was as the pictures showed the location was amazing the beach is private so you don’t have to worry about being packed together. Close to great eating places and within walking distance to these eating places 10/10!!!

Great 30-A private house / beach

We truly love this 3 story house with easy access to the pool and beach. We stayed 8/10- 8/16 and crowds were nonexistent both at the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for shopping and eating out. We loved having coffee on the 2nd floor open balcony each morning. Also the master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a nice balcony nook my wife and i enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this location to others wanting a more private get away.

Beautiful views

The location of the house is wonderful and you cannot get a better view of the beach. The communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much despite the rain and plan to come back!

Santa Rosa Beach at it's Finest

We spent a week at this property with our adult children and their spouses. Vizcaya is a great community with a private beach and a short walk to the beach. Las Brisas was perfect for our family and we definitely plan to go back to it again!

This is our second time to stay at this property. It is a beautiful place, in a beautiful setting! We love the private beach and the ability to take long bike rides. We would love to come back next year!

Memorial Beach Week

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Rebekah was extremely helpful upon check-in and resolved our questions promptly. The house was very clean and spacious - and of course, the views of the Gulf were extraordinary. Our three adult children and their spouses had their own bedroom/bathroom accommodations which was a first for us and now we're spoiled!

Wonderful location and layout of home

We had a wonderful time at Las Brisas. It is in a perfect location with super easy beach/pool access. The deck was amazing! Our only complaint on the trip was water leak damage in one bedroom ceiling (there was a dehumidifier plugged in the room) and visible mold around several vents on 2nd floor. Other than this, we were very happy with the home and our stay. We had a wonderful time!!

Excellent ocean front home

House was as advertised in description. Beautiful gated neighborhood on the beach. Easy access to ocean. The house is updated with normal rental wear and tear. The manager was very accessible and returned text within minutes and was quick to fix a problem. My family really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Private beach

Wonderful stay at Vizcaya. House was clean, view was amazing, and loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. I wished the elevator worked but understand those are finicky. The best part was the private beach with security making sure people not staying at the property had to move. The beach to either side of vizcaya was really crowded 4 rows deep of people. We had room to spread out one row only with a great view every day. Will be back!

Family of 7 had great time! Each of 4 bed rooms have own private bath; and 3 have private entry onto out side porch which we did not notice in listing, but was great. Publix about 3 miles away and convince store across street. Common pool was large & well maintained. Cooked on gas grill several times. Great reastruants very close by. Would definitely stay here again. Never needed to contact anybody for assistance. Bill & Rebecca.

Perfect location

Our stay in this house was great. Location was the key. The house set up was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the porch and sitting there to have a fabulous view of the ocean and beach. Access to the pool was perfect for our grands and the fact that the beach was not crowded due to only the ones in this neighborhood could use the beach . There are a few repairs in the house the management will probably need to handle soon and the kitchen supplies were ok needs to revamp the forks, good knives, some cooking utensils. All in all a great house and our family will book again for next year!!!!

Las Brisas

My family had a good time at Las Brisas this week. The location of the house on the beach and the gated neighborhood and pool were wonderful. We enjoyed the huge book collection at the house! The decor and art is very nice but the house itself is tired and needs maintenance, including the peeling wallpaper, rusty and moldy HVAC vent covers and returns, and outside doors and locks that stick. It would be nice if there was an umbrella for the patio table on the uncovered patio as mentioned in the check in paperwork.

Beachfront views w easy access

Great oceanfront home! Our family of 7 adults enjoyed the privacy of the bedrooms/baths and the comfortable spaciousness of the common area. Half bath on middle floor was a big plus! Outdoor shower by downstairs door kept the floors free of sand. We would definitely plan to stay here again. We arrived a bit earlier than anticipated, but the cleaning crew was so gracious. They invited us to use the restroom and change if we wanted to go on down to the beach while they finished up. I had a couple of questions prior to arrival and the owner answered them promptly.

Great Vacation

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this beach vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning views of the ocean and the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings.
