Lucky Dog borders the Grayton Beach State Park, named America’s #1 Beach in 2020 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach! “This beach boasts of its sugar-white sand and emerald green water where development has been restrained so big sand dunes still dominate the landscape. At the same time, all the amenities of great restaurants and accommodations are close by in the old town of Grayton Beach or Seaside," wrote Leatherman. Great home ((not just a house to rent). Bedrooms perfect for all. Kids loved the bunk room and the pool! Had a slight issue and management jumped on it

Great home, pool and location
Very well maintained home! The rental was clean and plenty of space for my family (2 adults, 3 kids 4-8) and friends (2 adults, 2 kids 8-11). I would say the walk to the beach was at least 5 minutes, maybe a little longer. The private beach was not crowded at all. There is a great outdoor shower at the house to rinse off after the beach and then jump in the pool! The pool was so nice to have - great size for all the adults and kids to play in. Would definitely consider staying here again!
